Very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The booking process was chaotic. After receiving the confirmation on booking.com, I tried to contact the hotel through the app to ask some questions, but they never replied. I booked the room 3 months before travelling to Algiers. On the morning of the day I was arriving in the hotel, I received a message with a payment link with an unusual URL saying I had to pay or they will cancel the booking. The amount they wanted me to pay wasn't the same as the one I had when I booked. I wrote back asking them to correct the price, but they never did, nor even reply. When we arrived at the hotel, we learned that the reservations on booking.com are managed by a third party agency.
I decided to pay directly at the hotel, but the agency tried to withdraw the money from my credit card I used to secure the booking. Luckily my credit card had expired in the meantime, otherwise, I would have been charged twice. Beware!

Un hotel céntrico que te acoge con mucha amabilidad.
Pros:

El personal extraordinario, la ubicación, muy céntrica. Estaba muy limpio. El precio adecuado a lo que ofrece. Desde luego, vamos a volver.

Cons:

Parte de las instalaciones convendría renovarlas. Pero nos hemos sentido a gusto.

Pour un séjour de 10 jours en famille, accueil très agréable, personnel professionnel ( wlad familia), hôtel idéalement situé près du métro Khlifa Boukhalfa. Bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande. Merci pour cet accueil de qualité

emplacement et accueil exceptionnels
Pros:

Accueil exceptionnel, nous avons ressenti la chaleur des Algérois dès notre arrivée. Très bon petit déjeuner et situation géographique excellente, nous pouvons tout faire à pied : sorties, restaurants…

Cons:

Un hôtel 3 étoiles qui reste modeste, mais largement compensé par l’accueil du personnel de l’hôtel

Pros:

Hôtel très beau avec ses carreaux en céramique et son escalier en colimaçon. Les chambres sont très confortables et il y a la clim. Un grand merci aux personnels de cet hôtel qui sont vraiment à l'écoute des clients. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. C'est vraiment un régal !! Merci. Je reviendrai un jour In Sha Allah...
