Pet fee is $35 per night per dog. 2 dog maximum, except a 1 dog maximum in cabin 3, Lodge rooms 12 and 13. Pet Free units are Cabin 6 and Lodge rooms 11, 14, and 15. Please state how many dogs will be on the reservation. Fees may be collected at check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Very nice place. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

I wasn't aware that they offered breakfast. The room was cozy and quiet. The location is great and property maintained very very well. The bed was comfy, and I could tell the gas fireplace would heat the place up quickly in cold weather.

Cons:

The lack of blackout curtains. The outdoor lights are very bright in the room at night and make sleeping difficult. The lighting in the bathroom and kitchen are harsh. Would only visit when the outdoor temperatures during the day were 70 or below. It took the cabin a long time to cool off enough to sleep. It had been in the mid-70's that day. That said, the ceiling fan and portable fan helped it to feel cooler.

Great location, super clean cabin with easy access and all the things we needed for a great stay
Pros:

Great location close to town and mt Princeton got springs 👌 very clean and had all the dish ware we needed. Great playground and community gathering area 👍 clean!

Cons:

Some harsh lighting (light bulbs) and sound between rooms was easy to hear. No ac so it was a bit warm at night. Parking spot was a little tight at our cabin

Beautiful mountain view. The property was immaculate, the room was clean, cozy and well stocked with all the amenities we needed. We stay here often and it never disappoints! P

Pros:

The location was by everything in town. It was convenient for us to get to Mount Princeton Springs and cottonwood pass.

Cons:

The room was a little smaller then usually but we managed the space.

Overall, for the quiet rest we needed, the stay was great. We would return again.

The setting was wonderful. Everything in the room was clean and neat.
Never saw any staff -everything was done via text messages.

Cons:

Price seemed high for the room size and length of stay
A post on the steps up to the veranda was weak and shaky -a possible danger to me, as I rely on holding on for steps
