Cons:

O café da manhã não apresentava qualidade. A comida era servida fria, sem qualquer tipo de variedade, mantendo diariamente o mesmo cardápio. As frutas estavam passadas e algumas estragadas, e o bolo não aparentava ser fresco.
A TV smart não funcionava corretamente. Ao solicitarmos manutenção da internet e da televisão, fomos informados de que, apesar de possuir a função smart, ela realmente não funcionava. Além disso, o controle remoto da TV estava quebrado.
Pagamos por serviços e opcionais de péssima qualidade. A jacuzzi estava com a água fria e, devido ao clima ameno, solicitamos o aquecimento, porém não houve qualquer suporte ou solução por parte da equipe.
Também não havia filtro de água disponível para consumo. Foi uma experiência ruim nesta estadia.
