staff were great so friendly and hotel was amazing the location was so good and to have discount at the bar and for food was great

Cons:

the only thing i can say which did not ruin my stay there was only one robe and only one of everything else like teabags biscuits and crisps and two in the room but this did not really effect my stay

The pub, the apartment, the people really made our weekend! Can’t recommend enough!
Pros:

Absolutely stunning facilities the pictures don’t do it justice!! Will 100% be returning. A very warm welcome from the manager and the lovely girls who served us at the bar. Felt very welcome and looked after us, thank you. Have recommend to many friends!

Overall, a lovely hotel that is kept clean and tidy and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.
Pros:

The property is very central and only a five minute walk from Chancery Lane tube station. The room was spotless and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. I was able to get an early check in and received a complimentary drink upon arrival. Guests also receive 25% off on drinks and food when dining in the pub which was a surprised too. Overall, a very lovely stay and I highly recommend.

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Enjoyable single night stay. Got the best nights sleep staying in central London for a long time compared to other locat
Pros:

Immaculately clean, comfortable high ceiling rooms. Great location, comfy bed, full control over heating which worked. Staff in the pub showed me to my room were very polite and helpful. Drink on arrival and of course it’s above a pub serving nice food and drinks. Some people have referenced noise, but it is central London and I got a good nights sleep without using ear plugs.

We have to say that the staff at this hotel are so lovely and welcoming! They made this such an enjoyable experience

Excellent service, delicious food, great location. Nothing not to like!
Pros:

Great location, food excellent, food price excellent, staff superb, sky tv in the room, snacks, water, umbrella .. such a nice vibe

Cons:

Quite a noisy location, room hot but the ceiling fan a great help, needs a shelf in the bathroom for toiletry bags
