One oasis is in a great location - we have stayed here quite a few times before (in other units - first time in Building 1 this visit)
Comfortable bed and clean
It is close to SM, close to ocean walk and easy to get taxis to airport .etc
The main new aircon unit above the kitchen area.
The big fridge & freezer.
Blind over kitchen bench - broken / unusable - Not a good first look as entering the apartment
The shower / toilet is well below standard required (in our view) - needs full renovation.
After many attempts we failed to get the "Smart TV" to connect to WIFI . It may have been us, but suggest need clearer instructions on use of WIFI & TV. In our case I went to SM mall and bought a dumb display screen and linked it all to my laptop to watch TV using my own Netflix and YouTube memberships (from New Zealand).

Aircon in living area didn't work
The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very close to SM City and the coastal road. The check in instructions were very detailed and easy to follow.
Not unit related - the shower facilities at the pool were mostly broken.

Shower didn’t work, cooker was no gas connection so couldn’t use it , drink dispensers over heated when turned on
No water on my last day & dirty surroundings.
