Good price
Pros:

Good location near the "mall". Breakfast had waffles which is all the kids care about anyway. The stay was quiet and the rooms seemed cleaner then most "motels" tend to be.

Cons:

Put in the notes to request extra towels but only had 2 and didn't even get new ones for the 2nd day stay as they didn't come to clean the room.

Cons:

The management was rude and very short with answers. We were traveling with someone who struggles with stairs and asked for a ground level room. We were denied because he said they were full. The parking lot was almost empty and it was late at night. I will never stay there again.

What a RIPOFF
Pros:

The first night was fine, , went to work came in about 330pm and there's was all kinda moving going on. NO PROBLEM. BUT HAD NO T/V OR PHONE. ASKS ABOUT IT, WAS TOLD ITS WOULD BE ON BY 5PM. NEVER CAME ON.

Cons:

Ask for refund on 2nd night, because no T/V phone working., SO I' COULD GO GET ANOTHER ROOM SOME WHERE ELSE WHERE THE T/V worked, was told no way, and TALKED TO VERY BADLY.
PLEASE BOOKING. COM, HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK FOR 2ND NIGHT THAT I DIDN'T STAY THERE', STILL HAD TO DRIVE HOME AND BACK.
WHAT'S THEY DID IS CALLED STEALING 🤔. PLEASE HELP ME, THANK YOU FRANCIS MARION.

bed was comfortable and was nice to take a good shower water pressure was great

Cons:

floors dirty no non slip things in tub so i fell twice only brought us clean towels one time in 6 days there never changed the bed there was dead bugs on the floor and live ones in the room to . cable wouldn't work the last 3 days there. asked for help was told to unplug and try again did that but didn;t work and couldn't get anybody to come look at it. the door didn't close completely so when it rained and the wind blew it under and around the door there was a 5ft big puddle of rain at the door had no towels to wipe it up so had to use a sheet. we have stayed here before and had a great experience but not this time. kept getting random phone calls on the hotels phone in the middle of the night for 3 nights in a row. finally we just unplugged the phone.
