Pros:

Location and easy check in/out

Cons:

Too small. Not have balcony, so we was unable to dry our swimming suits and towels. Does not contain wardrobe. In the room there aren’t any sunlight because it is in the middle of the triangle of buildings.

J’arrive dans ma chambre d’hôtel que j’ai réservé, la chambre était sale pas faite, il y a quelqu’un qui avait dormi avant nous aucun nettoyage n’a été effectué

We will never came back!

Cons:

The room’s floor wan’t clean. The shower has mold. I couldn’ sleep last night because of all the noices, streaming and running of the other guests. That’s an hotel not a fair. It’s not ok not having my someone of the staff in the building during the nigth for safety reasons.

La douche , le lits

Cons:

Isolation très mauvaise, les clients qui etaient bruyants , pour le Check-in on devait attendre plus de 1h car le ménage n'a pas était effectué , la femme de ménage ne faisait pas le nécessaire ( les serviettes de douche c'était à nous de demander de changer , le ménage de la chambre c'était à nous de demander et ça tout les jours , le balcon qui était très sale c'était à nous de demander ... )

Hotel muy sucio lo peor que me encontrado en bookin

No me gustó nada empezando que no tenías una persona en físico para hacer reclamación.

Cons:

La limpieza muy mala me encontré con la habitación sin limpiar, solo tenía limpio las camas el suelo sucio lleno de pelusas, el baño muy sucio y sin jabón de manos no gel de ducha ni champu solo me encontré los botes vacíos sin rellena, las estancias del hotel estaban igual de sucias.

C'était très sale, j'y suis resté une semaine et ils n'ont pas nettoyé ma chambre malgré ma demande, il y avait un bruit excessif et personne ne se souciait des problèmes.

La propreté laissait à désirer il y avait de la moisissure et de la saleté dans la douche les sols n’étaient pas très propres et les murs non plus,
Sur le petit balcon il y avait plein de mégots par terre et plein de cendres.

There was no soap in the bathroom, and our room was not cleaned during our stay. The towels were also not changed for three days. This is unacceptable, especially since we are paying for these services as part of our stay
