Horrible scary and hate I was stuck and couldn’t get my money back to leave

Cons:

As soon as we got there the whole place was smoked out with weed. This property is the only Ghetto place left on island and they have people living there you rent the only place the sit outside the door all hours and smoke blunts infront of you. You can barely get to the door because of them or chairs and trash everywhere. One trash can in the apartment, coach had blanket over it to cover up all the rips. No remote for tv. It was horrible and we had our three kids with us.

It was overall a great stay.
Pros:

It was clean and cozy. I loved that it was close to the beach as well. I actually didn’t stay at this property because of unforeseen issues but the staff offered us another property much better for the same price to not inconvenience us. I appreciated that very much.

Great location, but facilities are lacking.
Pros:

The location is very close/walking distance to the beach. Spacious living area. The kitchen, floors, and bathroom are newly updated.

Cons:

Although the floors, kitchen and bathroom are updated…upon arriving, the couch is ripped up, the beds uncomfortable and very noisy. The blinds are broken. Only one bathroom. There are 3 TVs, but none work. After reaching out to management, about these issues, it went ignored.

Loud bed, no extra blankets, dog smell
Pros:

Location, size, cleanliness

Cons:

There was no extra blankets and the main bed was so loud. Every turn or even the slightest movement the bed made so much noise. The couch blanket smelled like wet dogs, the blinds were broke in the livingroom so you had no privacy at night and more then half of the light switches did not work.

Execellent value, everything our family needed to enjoy a great beach trip.
Pros:

Communication was wonderful. We were generously upgraded to a great room. The walk to the beach was short and easy, even for our little kids. Beaches were perfect. We'd love to stay again in the future!

Cons:

The door locks were a little finicky and beeped without warning at times. Our GPS had a hard time finding the place, but following the instructions provided got us right there. Overall, great trip.

-Connecting bedrooms( this isnt said on the AD)
I mentioned this to owner via text but I didn't receive a response.

-Normal things such as dish drainer, dish sponge, garbage bags, a normal ironing table, one bed head missing, no mirror in back bedroom

- the bed near the wall in the back bedroom has drawers that are very harmful. 3 of 4 family members including a child hurt their leg on the handles because it is metal and corner edges edge. Do not cover with blanket because when it's not seen it can result in a hard hit. Painful

-to turn ceiling lights in or off is done by pulling light strings in ceiling fixtures. The is no wall switches for lights in the bedrooms


-why is there a bed head missing? My little niece keep asking. Why are two beds next to each other but one w without a head. She said it's not safe. I agree.

Lizards, or whatever they were....I know you guys have very little control of this one. But to guest not use to seeing these
creatures, makes them very paranoid. Try spreading coffee grounds into the bushes.
