SPACIOUS 2BR NEAR MOA, SOLAIRE CASINO AND PASAY AREA

Host was unresponsive regarding the concerns. (Wifi not working, most of the sockets were not working only in the cr)

The lobby smelled awful on the 1st day.
No trash cans provided in the unit.
My nieces got bedbug bites.

In 30 years of travel, ALOT could have been better. The people listing the apartment on Booking.com should visit the place AND meet the people checking in, as a starter.
On arrival, there was no record of my booking and I had to go to lengths to get checked-in and access to the room key. Only 1 of 3 lifts was working for the entire 6 days I stayed. The lobby of the Oceanaire Residences building looked like a construction site.
Housekeeping was very poor. There was a VERY BAD odor as soon as I walked in. I had to open doors and windows to try to reduce the bad smell, which took 2 days to remove. I found that the smell was coming from a utility room inside the apartment. Cockroaches in the kitchen and bathrooms appeared over the 6 days.
On arrival, the washing machine was not working, despite being told the washing machine is there, so I assumed it would work. The cooktop and power points in the kitchen were not working. As an electrical person, I discovered 3 circuit breakers had been turned off at the DB. Atleast I could get the washing machine and the power points in the kitchen to work.
The bathroom sink in the main bathroom was mostly blocked, so i had to use the sink in the 2nd bathroom.
There were very few kitchen utensils, plates and cooking pots and pans, so little that you have to eat out or bring back take-away. The use of the kitchen was limited to the refrigerator, boiling water, heating up in the microwave and washing up in the sink.
The fitted bed sheets do not fit - not sized for the beds, so during the night the sheet would come off the mattress.
I had no contact from the people managing the apartment other than a few sentences via the Booking.com messaging service. They were more interested in collecting my ID and my money, and not in providing a decent experience for someone who has paid good money for the apartment. PHILAIRBNB is arguably the WORST property manager and service provider i have come across in many years using Booking.com.

not completely clean (the carpet in the leaving room and under the beds are dirty; not well appointed (no cleaning supplies - not even a broom; no bath mats…); the manager did not respond to television password

They didn't have full equipment for a apartment like example rubbish bins, floor mats and bath mats.
