Great location, friendly staff, lots of services and freebies and amenities. Probably better for families than business stay but I stayed alone this time and it was still great.

L'accueil pour les enfants, la mascotte qui joue avec mon fils ( il a été très patient ahah), bien pensé pour les enfants, je recommande vraiment l'hôtel pour les familles ! Les équipements / affaires proposé en prêt sont extrêmement pratique.
Je ne sais pas si nous avions mal réglé la chambre mais l'humidité de l'air dans la chambre.

The staff are extraordinary. One lady at the counter even went as far as writing down a hand drawn map of places she recommended. The free drinks and Okinawa ramen in the lounge every night was amazing too. I was blown away by the value.
The walls can be a bit thin. I can hear other rooms pretty clearly. Some rooms also felt a bit moist, maybe cuz of the Okinawa rain season.

よく利用してますが、子供に良い特典や子供にも親切対応して頂きいつも好印象です！
最上階のフリーラウンジはアルコールドリンクバーがあり、とても魅力的でした。
しかし利用時、ビールなどのドリンクが品切れで、紙コップも不足している状態でした。呼び出しボタンでスタッフの方をお呼びしましたが、30〜40分ほど待っても対応がなく、やむを得ずラウンジを後にしました。
ラウンジ自体はとても良いサービスだと感じた為、補充やスタッフ対応がもう少しスムーズになると、さらに満足度が高くなると思います。また利用したいと考えているので、今後の改善に期待しています。
