Что не понравилось, так это большой очень список. Так скажем такого пофигизма я ещё не видел. 1. Поселили не в тот номер который должен был быть изначально, причина: не успели убрать, хотя мы заселялись поздно вечером, на это был целый день у них. Номер был ужасный, всё разломано и грязно. 2. Заселение в наш номер на следующий день, заселили после 12 как и обещали, но нас ждал сюрприз, что номер не убран и не готов к отдаче. Т. К мы имели чем заняться до вечера, то мы просто оставили вещи и поехали по своим маршрутам. 3. Уборка просто отвратительная, видно что всё убиралось на скорую руку, всё жирное и пыльное, жена второй раз за ними всё убирала и протирала. Жалко что не сделал фотографий. 4 одело. В первом номере мы так и не получили одеяло, хотя нам обещали. Во втором номере мы одеяло нашли, которым можно только полы протирать, оно было уж очень грязное, которое мы не хотели использовать, так что 5 дней мы спали под простыней, благо было тепло. 5. Завтраки. У нас должен был быть завтрак каждый день, которого естественно мы так и не увидели. Когда мы спрашивали так где завтраки то сначала нам говорили что выяснят и они обязательно будут, а потом этот вопрос и вообще нас поставили в игнор и никакого ответа, не привета от них не дождались . 6 . Можно ещё много пунктов прописать, просто указал главные. А так в номерах стенки и потолки грязные в пятнах каких то, на стенах отпечатки от обуви, мебель вся кривая и еле дышит. Я во многих странах был но такое чудо вижу первый раз. Категорически не советую брать у этого частника номера. Это не отель, это сдаёт в комплексе номеров и отеля частник и их там много
We were completely shocked to death by the state of our room when we checked in. Upon entering the bathroom, we discovered numerous visible blood stains left on the surfaces and towels. It was deeply disturbing and an unacceptable health and safety violation.
We brought this to management's attention immediately, but the fact that a room in this condition was handed over to guests in the first place is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the nightmare and book somewhere else.

Отменил бронирвание, все обман, сначала было не дозвониться, затем оказалось номеров таких нет, предлагают хуже и значительно дороже, в Orbi стала какая-то мафия, на сайте booking предлагают хорошие недорогие апартаменты, по приезду оказывается все совсем не так, апартаменты хуже, перечисленной техники нет, цена значительно выше, грубый персонал, требуют доплату за постельное, хорошие отзывы накручены, реальные отрицательные, почитайте и разберетесь сами, не рекомендую вообще рассматривать объекты в Orbi. Booking нужно с этим что-то делать!

Rezervasyon yapılan yeri vermediler . Daha yüksek fiyat almak için rezervasyon yapılan yer satıldı dediler. 19 dolar olan rezervasyon yerine 140 dolar istediler. Bizde başka yerde kaldık . 😡😡😡😡😡
Very poor service and extremely disappointing.
The room was extremely dirty and in unacceptable condition. It was obvious that proper cleaning had not been done before our arrival. The overall cleanliness was disgusting, and the room did not look or feel hygienic at all.
On top of that, several promised amenities were missing or unavailable, and the hosts completely ignored our complaints and never responded. This was an awful experience from beginning to end. Avoid this place and save your money.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The overall condition of the property was also disappointing and did not match what was advertised when I made the reservation.
Several of the amenities that were promised at the time of booking were either unavailable, not working, or simply not provided. This was especially frustrating because these amenities were part of the reason I chose this hotel in the first place.
The cleanliness was unacceptable, the facilities were poorly maintained, and the experience did not justify the price at all. When a hotel advertises certain amenities and charges guests based on those expectations, those amenities should actually be available.
I would not recommend this hotel and would strongly suggest that management address the cleanliness, maintenance, and inaccurate amenity information before charging guests for an experience that is not delivered.
The room was dirty, several promised amenities were unavailable, and the hosts were completely unresponsive when we tried to contact them. Our messages were essentially ignored, leaving us with no help or solution during our stay. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money.
We were given a completely different room in an inconvenient location than what we had booked. We immediately contacted the hosts to complain, but they never responded or offered any solution. Very poor communication and a very disappointing experience.
