Pros:

Locatie en personeel is goed

Cons:

Onze kamer rook naar rook ( ondanks dat het een no smoke room was) , ook gaf de vloer af aan onze sokken waardoor we de hele tijd pantoffels moesten dragen, om half 5 ‘s ochtends kregen we een drill in ons plafond en konden we niet verder slapen en het zwembad was vies groen.

Locatie was prima, bedden ook ok.

Cons:

Onze kamer lag naast een machinekamer dus de herrie was niet normaal. Dus moesten we in onze pyjama laat op de avond nog even van kamer switchen. Geen pretje.
Op de ‘oude’ kamer hadden we: geen werkende föhn en maar 1 werkend stopcontact. Op de nieuwe kamer… hadden we stank, een niet werkende tv (Netflix knop werkte niet), en wederom maar 1 stopcontact die werkte..
Dus dat was slecht. Maar dan komt het ontbijt en dat was nog veel erger. Er stond: rottend fruit, smerige melk en koffie, uitgedroogd brood en kip en groenten en aangebakken rijst en bedorven boter en en en…. Het was een schande. En dit was elke ochtend hetzelfde. Letterlijk, want het fruit van onze eerste ochtend stond er op de 4e nog. Maar gelukkig vertrokken we toen. Om nooit meer hier terug te keren.
Enige pluspunt: vriendelijk personeel. Maar als je die vervolgens bij de personeelsuitgang tegenkomt dan zie je dat ook zij hier met tegenzin aanwezig zijn want die komen in de ochtend al verdrietig en vermoeiend binnen sjokken.
Dus geen aanrader.

Pros:

Rooftop bar & pool. Erg mooi zwembad. Verder was het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Hygiëne, onze badkamer rook wat muf en er zat schimmel of aanslag in de douche.

Aangenaam en fijne hotel ervaring hoe het hoort
Pros:

De dienstverlening van het personeel. 2 keer een heerlijk ontbijt box gekregen om mee te nemen op mijn tours.

Cons:

Het was op mijn kamer nogal gehorig. Ik kon vroeg in de ochtend mensen horen praten op de gang wat nogal storend was.

We had a great experience staying here and would definitely come back again.
Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean and made up every day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly making the stay a great experience. The rooftop, pool, restaurants are great as well. It is a good location within walking distance to the city centre and close to local cafes and restaurants. It is a great starting point for the Mt. Bromo and Tumpak Sewu tours.

L'emplacement est top (près de la gare et des lieux d'intérêt).
Le personnel est très accueillant.
La piscine est top avec sa vue sur la ville de Malang et ses environs.

Cons:

Peut-être un brin de négligence concernant la propreté de la salle de bain!

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen. Auf Anfrage, haben wir ein anderes erhalten. Die Hygiene war sehr schlecht, das Bad stark geschimmelt, Flecken im Bett und unter der WC Brille hatte es noch Fäkalien vom Vormieter.

In unserem Zimmer stank es immer nach Zigarettenrauch und es ist extrem laut. Die Fenster sind schlecht und die Zimmertüren dünn.
