I přes některé nedostatky bylo fajn.
Pros:

Snídaně velmi dobré, rovněž i večeře, i když v předchozích letech to bylo ještě lepší.

Cons:

Bylo by vhodné do zařízení začít investovat (opravovat).
V době ubytování se začalo malovat na chodbě vily Hertelendy, vyhýbali jsme se malířským potřebám, během dne hluk z chodby při malování - komunikace dělníků slyšitelná do pokoje.
Navrhujeme: před opravami by měli být hosté informování, že tomu tak bude, možná i snížením ceny za ubytování, také výměnu matrací za tvrdší.
Možná zvážit program pro ubytované i po večeři.

Pros:

Zimmer waren super schön, wir waren nur draußen im heißen Becken, deswegen fahren wir da immer hin! Essen war super, hat alles geschmeckt und war für jeden etwas dabei! Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Man hätte uns sagen können, das man alles an der Rezeption in Euro zahlen kann!

Pros:

Been in the thermal at couple of times so we know it well. Went back with family for kids who enjoyed it well.

Cons:

Apartment was cold and heating was not switched on despite the fact they know we were arrive at early and have small children in the group.

Szuper volt, az ételek nagyon finomak, kedves személyzet👍

Cons:

A köntöst a spá- ban kapja meg az ember, nincs a szobába bekészítve. Az odajutás kicsit labirintusos😊Az előnye?? Nem kell cserélni ha rossz a méret😊😊
