Disappointing
Pros:

The master bedroom bed was saggy, need more cleaning on toilet . Less toilet paper, master room lights are not working. Internet was slow n control battery need to change. More ever the things they provide like towels not enough. I need to request. Totally bad experience

Pros:

Nearby Petronas KLCC

Cons:

charging RM21 for bed lining per night but lining not change and even tiding every day.
charging RM140 service charge per night that don’t know for what service rendered. nor host or booking.com give good explanation for what this charges.
total charged more than room price.
RM20 per night for in-house parking charges.
