Worst experience, extremely disappointing
Pros:

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was extremely disappointing, and the quality-to-price ratio was one of the worst I have experienced.

Cons:

The nighttime noise was unbearable. We could hear people fighting and making noise, making it almost impossible to sleep.

We booked a room for four people and knew it would have bunk beds, but the room we received was nothing like the spacious, bright room shown in the Booking photos. Our room was tiny, poorly ventilated and felt like a prison cell. Four people could barely move, and there was nowhere to put four suitcases. There was no AC and only a very small window.

The bed sheets were unacceptable: different colors, full of bleach stains and even holes. After asking for them to be changed, we received sheets in similarly poor condition. The towels were also extremely low quality and stained. The rule allowing towel changes only every two days is particularly unreasonable in a beach destination like Taghazout, where guests need to shower daily. With such a small, poorly ventilated room, the towels couldn't even dry properly.

Overall, the room was so uncomfortable that we only wanted to shower, sleep and leave. We had to endure it for an entire week.

Good location, but absolutely not worth the price. The room conditions, noise, linens, ventilation and overall comfort were far below what we expected.

Super endroit pour passé un séjour à Taghazout!
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé au centre de Taghazout, proche de la plage. Le personnel est gentil et aidant. La chambre est grande et bien équipée. Le petit balcon est sympa.

Cons:

Indépendamment de l’hôtel, la nuit peut être bruyante.

Pros:

L'hôtel était très bien situé. Nous avions aussi accès à 2 jolies ressassés qui offraient une vue sur la mer.

Cons:

La description ne correspondait pas vraiment avec la réalité. En effet, les savons de souche n'étaient finalement pas présent. De plus le restaurant situé en bas de l'hôtel est en rénovation ce qui n'était pas mentionné dans l'annonce. Nous n'avons donc pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner sur place (même si nous ne l'avions pas réservé). Et le ménage des chambres ne se faisait pas chaque jour mais à la fin de notre séjour, cependant aucun balais n'était mis à disposition et avec le sable et la saleté quotidienne, cela c'était pas très agréable.

El dueño no nos indicó en ningún momento que no servían desayuno porque el restaurante estaba en obras... nunca más lo vimos solamente en el check in.

The staff was great and helpful .it was quiete and clean .And the view was good .plus nice roofs and decoration .
Mr.Tariq was excellent and helpful .
