A fost foarte frumos overall.
Pros:

Hotel destul de nou, intr-o zona interesanta. Aproape de Gara si de Promenada Mall. Destul de aproape si de Centrul istoric, o scurta plimbare pe jos sau cu mai multe linii de autobuz.
Micul dejun ok, la unele aspecte hotelul este de 4 stele la altele de 3.
In apropierea hotelului sunt statii de autobuz (transportul in comun in Sibiu este foarte modern si curat), Mega Image, Penny, mai multe farmacii si magazine locale.

Cons:

Sistemul de acces in camera. Desi ti se dau cartele, ele sunt doar pt a activa facilitarile camerei, pt acces am primit o cheie normala.

Pros:

Curățenie, miros plăcut, localizare foarte aproape de autostradă .

Cons:

Fiind un grup mai mare am rezervat 3camere și în niciuna nu a funcționat TV. Am anunțat la recepție, au fost promit, au încercat , dar nu au reușit .

Parking is horrible, one needs to drive backwards in a narrow place crossing a pedestrian walk
Facilities (no spa, no sauna available, not stated on main website)...
High price for what it offers generally
No toilet paper
Mediocre customer orientation (nice words, less actions)
Breakfast yogurt and butter warm (no ice) and re-placed in refrigerator
Door did not close as exepected, needed to get additionaly to the key card a real key
Nobody arranged the room or replaced the rubbish

Pros:

A szobák nagyon szépek, rendezettek, tiszta, napi szinten cserélték a törülközőket, a személyzet kedves, segítőkész, a reggeli bőséges, nagyjából minden nap ugyanaz volt. Az ételek nagyon finomak, limonádék mind friss gyümölcsből készülnek

Cons:

Egyetlen negatívum, hogy épp ott tartózkodásunk alatt renovalták a spa részleget, ezért nem tudtuk ott használni.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la camera nuovissima con molta luce e anche il check-in è stato veloce e anticipato gentilmente di 2 ore

Cons:

La colazione non mi è piaciuta perché le pietanze calde erano posizionate sotto il condizionatore e risultavano un po' fredde..lo yogurt al contrario non era tenuto al fresco,la macchina per fare il cappuccino era rotta così come quella per fare le spremute.
Hanno ovviato al problema facendole loro così come il cappuccino che si poteva avere direttamente al bancone.
Mancava il tostapane 😐

Sehr gerne wieder, mit der Hoffnung die Betten sind besser.
Pros:

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Das Hotel hatte eine sehr zentrale Lage, Parkplätze ausreichend vor Ort. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Betten hatten den Eindruck hinterlassen, als wären sie sie schon durchgelegen.
