The pool / spa is way too dark. I understand when they explained to me the vibe is to be a little bit darker and more relaxed, but it was too dark. It felt like a basement cave

Curatenia si pretul corect.

Cons:

Nu am gasit loc de parcare, am parcat la Penny Market si usa de la camera nu se incuia cand plecai, daca impigeai putin mai tare se deschidea fara cartela, seiful nu a fost functional.

Cu parere de rau, organizarea si serviciile lasa de dorit.

Micul dejun a fost diversificat, bufet suedez.

Cons:

Din receptie pana in camera se simtea un miros neplacut , de mochetă îmbâcsită alternat cu un miros de betisoare parfumate si canalizare.
Fiind o luna rece, nu exista clasicele calorife ci ventilatie… de care nu poti sa dormi, deoarece sunetul dat la minim este ingrozitor, toata noaptea bazaindu-ne.
seara ne-am gandit sa servim cina la restaurantul hotelului fiind Valentines day. In jurul orei 19:30 am intrat in restaurant .. la ora 20:00 ni s-a luat comanda, si la ora 21:30 ni s-a adus mancarea( preparate simple precum legume la gratar si un piept de pui la grătar) care au ajuns reci dupa un timp relativ mare.. si insuficient preparate .. cu scuzele de rigoare ca s-a schimbat conducerea si organizarea e proasta in asa fel incat nu se face fata la cele aproximativ 50 de persoane din restaurant.
Lucru de care se stia, deoarece s-au facut programari in prealabil la restaurant.

Excellent place to spend a few days in Sibiu.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, excellent breakfast and restaurant. Spa services were excellent, massage was extraordinary -- I don't remember the last time my back felt so free.

Would stay again at the hotel, the next time we're in Sibiu.

Cons:

Mattresses were okay, but not great.
