Cons:

Todo alojamiento tiene la obligación de tener su alcantarillado funcionando adecuadamente. El baño no está funcionando al momento de recibir la habitación y en lugar de enviar a una persona de mantenimiento le dicen al huésped aquí tiene la repárelo y me avisas cómo le va. Inadmisible y hace la habitación inhabitable

Cons:

AC was not working properly, we arrived extremely exhausted from another long trip and were extremely thirsty, usually hotels provide little bottles of water but this one doesn’t provide anything. I would suggest adding little bottles of water for the comfort of the passengers sometimes we come from very far and a few bottles of water would’ve been nice.
Also I asked for an Iron for clothes, and the hotel did not have one which I found very weird because all hotels have these things, had to change my whole outfit because they didn’t have an Iron , anyways it was just ok , location was great though.

More like a backpacker hostel with shocking prices.
Pros:

The lovely helpful receptionist and free coffee with an excellent bakery right next door!

Cons:

Dilapidated building that has seen no love and care or updates for many years. We had originally booked for 2 nights but luckily they agreed to refund our second night as we really didn’t want to be there.

The sheets on our bed didn’t fit and the pillows looked like they had chopped up pieces of foam sewn into a towel and then put into a pillowcase on the bed. Everything in the room was so cheap and awful. The curtains didn’t fit and were ripped, the towels were frayed, the floor was filthy etc etc. The hotel was far more akin to a shabby backpacker hostel than a hotel. And the noise on the busy street! The icing on the cake was the exorbitant prices charged - £135 per night!!! So out of kilter for what was delivered.

El personal muy atento y amable, la habitación era bonita y el hotel muy tranquilo

Cons:

El exterior del hotel realmente no es tan lindo como se ve en las fotos, el piso de la habitación le falto barrerlo mejor, el baño de la habitación tenía un olor muy poco agradable deberían poner algún aromátizante o una mejor desinfectación, el hotel tiene restaurante me parece que por el precio deberían incluir desayuno.
