Other than a disappointing breakfast the stay was very good.
Pros:

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Rooms were large and clean.

Cons:

We were told we’d have a hot breakfast which was untrue. There was not even any toast. There were microwaveable breakfast sandwiches that tasted like cardboard. Our choices were fruit, yogurt, pastries or tasteless microwaveable sandwiches.

Excellent place to stay!
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful! Nice touch with cookies and bottled water available at front desk including all day coffee and tea in breakfast area. Rooms were modern, clean and spacious!

Pros:

Sehr gutes Zimmer. Geräumig, bequeme Betten, grosses Badzimmer. Kühlschrank vorhanden. Wasser und Cookies liegen bei der Reception auf. Genügend Parkplätze.

Cons:

Laute Männergruppe um Mitternacht im Gang und danach in ein Zimmer auf dem gleichen Stockwerk.
Haartrockner verursachte Stromausfall im Badzimmer. Der 2. Fön funktionierte auch nur 1 Minute und stellte selber wieder ab.
Klimaanlage bläst leider Richtung Bett und das Fenster lässt sich nur ein Spalt öffnen. Deshalb war es ziemlich warm im Zimmer.

Nice surprise in a small Alberta town.
Pros:

The hotel was tidy with good amenities. The front desk personnel were very friendly and provided good service.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little weak. It was not terrible but lacked some choices.

Wonderful stay and amazing customer service
Pros:

Great hotel with fantastic customer service. The best stay of our week-long vacation in Alberta. Super comfy bed and nice room layout. And a very good breakfast included with a lovely setting. 10+

Cons:

The only thing - and I'm really searching for something negative - is the shower door that forces you to get a blast of cold water when reaching way in to turn the water on.

Simply wonderful
Pros:

Our family absolutely loves coming here. The staff are amazing, the beds are comfortable and the pool is the best way to end the night.

Cons:

Breakfast is sufficient but we do wish they had a toast option.

Pros:

Best place in sundre, nice little continental breakfast very friendly staff.

Cons:

The pillows are for back sleepers, so make sure to get the pillows available at the front desk. Your neck and shoulder will thank you.

If you need or want to be anywhere in the Sundre area, THIS is the place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was subpar, apparently still suffering from COVID-type rules, etc.. After the first morning we went out - plenty of choices - Tim's and A&W and McDonalds, plus sit-down cafes.

Cons:

There were zero dislikes. Great pool and hot tub, both of which were super-clean. Room was great, staff was super. I really enjoyed the stay, despite being an urban person!

A beautiful surprise in a small town
Pros:

The rooms were spotless with a comfortable bed. You could go to the front desk and ask for a soft pillow if that is your preference. Super quiet but I understand it's busier during golf season. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't to my liking but I'm sure there's something there for others.
