Great location, easy to get to, clean, spacious, beautiful decor, great communication, comfortable and love the little touches for breakfast
Windows don’t keep the road noise out but they’re old, it’s a period property

Loved the free snacks, which included apples and flapjacks; also loved the different complimentary tea bags and coffee, and the bottled water. Bed was very comfy. The room is well decorated and cosy, bathroom is very spacious. The cafe downstairs is very nice and staff are very welcoming.
There's a pub next door so it could get noisy with people coming in and out, chatting outside etc but this didn't affect us.
We stayed in the room for a night for new years celebrations. The location is perfect for us since it was right in the town centre.
The room was very spacious, clean and well looked after. Also wanted to add that we really loved the decor choices, makes it really stand out from just a standard room. Bed was also comfy and the showers were great.
Owner was extremely kind and helpful during the stay. We had a few questions prior to checking in and she provided us with everything we needed promptly.

A beautifully appointed groupe of suites, recently modernised and renovated. It felt clean, plush and welcoming from the moment we stepped through the main front door.
The Malvern Suite felt luxurious with modern furnishings, fluffy towels and high spec bathroom. Good tea and coffee facilities, fridge, etc.
Nice nook for children's beds upstairs.

Thoroughly recommended.
The only drawbacks are that it doesn't have a picturesque view and the parking was a short walk away (but only because the cafe was closed during our visit, which meant we couldn't enter from the rear of the building). However, neither of these detracted from our stay and the host had made this clear before our arrival. We would happily visit again and will recommend to friends.
