Great place in a a great location with great staff. Nothing else to say
Pros:

Really nice rooms and decent bathrooms. It was nice to have some complimentary snacks, drinks and fruits. Really lovely, friendly staff in Fred’s deli downstairs, nice cafe :)

Cons:

It has very hot which is the weather’s fault! There were tower air coolers in the rooms which were a help

Really makes you feel like a part of the downtown community
Pros:

Witing walking distance of downtown. Nice room. The kids were loving their own space upstairs. And the room was cool even tough it was the hottest night in the UK and lack of AC.

Cons:

Figuring out the parking. But the owner gave me a map which was very helpful

Lovely accommodation in the perfect location
Pros:

Great location. Beautiful, high standards through. Good amenities. Excellent communication

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like, but would have been good to have the option of a firmer pillow. The bed was very soft but difficult to sleep on. The only use issue was that the shower door didn't shut properly

Pros:

Everything it was lovely and clean - lovely facilities as in the coffee/tea mini fridge and breakfast in room ! Very helpful staff indicating how to park and enter the building - will def stay again thank you

Fantastic location, room and communications but too hot to be comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was basic - flapjack and some packet porridge.

Cons:

I visited during a heat wave. The top floor room was exceptionally warm throughout - c. 27 degrees in the room. Even with the window open and the fan on, the temperature did not drop significantly.

The property is located on a busy street and so having the window open and the fan on to try and manage the heat is not conducive to a relaxing night's sleep. Most other brands at this price point offer air conditioning or a cool roon.

Perfect location for a weekend away
Pros:

Great location and staff are so helpful. Communication excellent. Extremely clean and well equipped. Lovely breakfast left in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, very convenient, easy check in and the room was beautifully appointed with lovely linen and lots of lovely touches, such as fruit and porridge pots. Bathroom was spotless. Really easy self check in.

Cons:

The room was at the front of the building and so understandably there was quite a lot of traffic noise. It was fine with me but might not be for everyone.
