It was cozy and had everything we needed
Could do with a fresh paint, corridor smelt funny
Position
It looked a bit rough…no sheets or duvet covers for the sofa bed but fortunately had my work gear in my car with bedding.
The studio was peaceful and away from noise.
The studio was not clean. The bed board was very dusty as shown in the images sent to DH ApartHotels via whatsApp.
Flat was looking amazing
Only what I wasn’t happy about it , was when we arrived there wasn’t any towels , even when I message if it’s possible to get some towels I got reply yes , but nobody in two nights bring any , would rather they would just say no
Very little I’m afraid
It felt unsafe, was unclean with broken accessories and had bad smells.
I am sorry to say that the apartment is Not clean at all ...spots every where in the kitchen in the bathroom on the sofa .

Property can’t be faulted for size and value for money. Tv and WiFi were perfect for our requirements. More than adequate free parking just outside and never had any issues getting parked. Within 5 minutes drive of other local shops and amenities.
The location lets this property down. No issues with it being in an industrial park but at night cars could be heard revving their engines on the main road so was a little bit noisy. The main door which you enter has no key code access etc. and can just be pushed open. It wasn’t 100% clear where to collect our keys on arrival so looked around for a little bit but then realised the doors had key boxes right next to them all.
We got moved to apartment next door as apartment no 4 was filthy.
We arrived at number 4. The 2 bath towels left on the bed were wet. That's the only towels provided even although there was 3 booked in.
The plates, bowls, cups, pots, tumblers and the few pieces of cutlery were filthy. The cupboards hadn't been cleaned outside and inside. There was an empty wine bottle under the sink. The shower screen was filthy. There was a hair in the fridge. The microwave was dirty and the oven hadn't been cleaned. The full place was absolutely disgusting. I can only upload 4 photos !
The only toiletries was 2 very small sample sizes of shampoo and conditioner.
The place certainly hasn't had a deep clean for months.
I received a message on WhatsApp but when I complained I didn't get a response. The mobile number on booking.com is invalid.
Luckily there was a gentleman I saw in the car park who worked here. He was obviously aware of the email I sent and came to my door. He gave us the key for the apartment next door and a few more towels.
The apartment next door was larger, cleaner and had dry towels.
The only mirror is in the bathroom. So when drying hair and doing makeup I had to bring the mirror into the bedroom/sitting room. Lack of cutlery but luckily we didn't eat in the apartment.
Would I stay again ? No I wouldn't. I don't understand why there are positive reviews saying the place is spotless.
The original person I spoke to regarding having been put into a studio when I’d booked and paid for a 1bed apartment sorted the issue and got me moved very quickly. They also allowed late checkout for a small fee.
When I got to the 1bed apartment, it smelt really strong like someone had been smoking in there. There was literal chewing gum on the bedroom wall and markings of a dirty shoe on different parts of the bedroom wall. In the kitchen, there had been something sticky spilt over the drawers and inside where all the pots were and there were bits of rubbish on the side of the sofa. One of the blinds in the living room was broken and there were burn marks on the window sill and the table in the space. I raised the issues and recieved a typically response of “thank you for sharing I will look into this and resolve the issue for you” which the issues weren’t resolved, I had to buy cleaning products and plug in air fresheners as I was staying for the week and the smell was horrible. I also had to clean the toilet and the shower as they were also dirty. Not a great experience for the money I paid. I can only upload 4 pictures but took pictures of everything.
The studio is very cozy , we found everything we needed. It's very clean. We really enjoyed to stay here. I recommended 100% . They are very helpful.
