Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Jaipur Qila! The staff were super warm and welcoming, and their service made us feel right at home. Loved the vibe, the food, and the rooftop café. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Jaipur!
I was there in Jaipur Qila hotel for business purpose and the hotel was quite impressive. Interior is very artistic. Food was delicious and we also enjoyed sheesha there on the rooftop that was amazing experience
The hotel is descent. However, it appeared to be different on the booking portal. Appeared to be much more spacious that what we found. So, pls don't go by the images. The room was not having any window. Bathroom was smelly. In house restaurant has very few food options. Food was relatively costly as compared to taste and variety. Better to take food outside. We also did not get any hot water. A minor irritant was the TV, which can be used to see only youtube channels.

It was never possible to meet the owner; the staff tried to be kind and ospitable, but they didn't speak a word of english.
There's no Restaurant, as in description said, but the worst thing of all was that our room was completly dirty.. hair everywere, dust, stained and dirty bedsheets and towels as well (photos below). The first day we explained the problem to someone of the staff (it could also be a mistake in Room N.) he apologised and told us it would be cleaned, but when we came back in the evening everithing was the same.
The outside area of the room was well-maintained.
Few rooms had damaged roof ceilings.

The hotel is a new built property, clean and spacious rooms, easy to locate and half way through in between city and amer palace, the best thing is the staff, they are real hospitable and accommodating, the food through room service or Roof top restaurant is of good quality.
