Ótimo flat com boa localização
Pros:

Hotel organizado, com boa estrutura e administração. Há restaurante funcionando a maior parte do dia, com preços semelhantes ao praticado na cidade. Tem piscina e uma pequena academia. Localização muito boa, a 600m da estação Masp, na Paulista. O quarto Tb é muito bem equipado.

Cons:

Não gostei do check-in, pq a administração do quarto não havia passado a reserva para a recepção. Então gerou uma pequena demora, mas logo foi resolvido. Ao chegar, tb não havia 3 toalhas e 3 roupas de cama para os 3 hóspedes. Tive que reclamar. E não sei pq tanta pão durice com papel higiênico. Acabei comprando o meu. O Wi-Fi do edifício tb é muito complicadinho, toda hora tem que fazer login e o sinal é muito fraco. E Tb senti falta do serviço de lavanderia no edifício, muito importante para quem passa mais dias hospedado.

Pros:

Location is great, 600 meters away from the metro station and Paulista avenue. It is located in the high end area of São Paulo, Rosewood hotel is right across street, I feel safe walking in the area.

Cons:

The room is small for 3 people after you setup the sofa bed. They do not offer shampoo or body wash.

Overbooking
Pros:

Não gostei de nada.

Cons:

Overbooking: o proprietário locou o mesmo espaço para pelo menos outros 2 hóspedes.
Não é hotel: não se engane com fotos de café da manhã, piscina etc. É um airbnb dentro de um hotel, na hora do aperto a recepção não resolve e você fica na dependência do proprietário da unidade, que no meu caso, acabou locando o mesmo quarto para várias pessoas.

Cons:

Reservei para família e tive que pedir mais 2 kits de toalhas, lençóis e travesseiros. Pois estava apenas arrumado para um casal.

Foi informado pelo ANFITRIÃO , que Nós teríamos direito ao Café da Manhã , porém os ATENDENTES do SERVIÇO DE COZINHA E CAFÉ , perguntaram o Numero do Meu Apto e depois que eu já tinha começado a colocar os Produtos no prato , foram me informar , que Eu teria que PAGAR O CAFÉ . Deixei na Mesa , não fiz a refeição e ainda bem que a Minha Filha não passou essa VERGONHA, pois Ela ficou no apto . Reclamei ao ANFITRIÃO , e Ele falou que a Cozinha já tinha sido informada do Direito de quem estava Hospedado , à Tomar Café. Um Pessoal INCOMPETENTE .
