Lovely place in Serrano
Pros:

The hotel is a small boutique hotel in Serrano. The area is excellent, picturesque, loads of boutique shops and little restaurants and cafes. Very quiet but still very central. Metro is only 4 minutes walk if needed. Main shopping road the same. The hotel style is a mix of modern and old, very fine decor and well-styled. Staff are super friendly, especially in the dining area during breakfast.
The products (shampoo, conditioner…etc) were excellent.

Cons:

I’ve unfortunately had a few issues during the stay, the first was that 5 minutes into a shower, the water would come out and fill the bathroom/reach sleeping area. I noticed it the moment I checked in, and went to inform at the reception. They were very apologetic and told me they’d send someone to fix it. I don’t know if they have or can because I had to leave right after, but the problem persisted the days after.

The room was quite small. Ok for one person, but there was barely space for one piece of luggage.

I did check in about 1hr/ half an hour before check in time and I’m not sure how ready my room was. I was missing a kettle, tea, but most importantly water. When I saw the next day that they still hadn’t brought it, I asked and they immediately accommodated.

The breakfast was a la carte, a good selection, but the only plant based item on it was fruit salad. Since I’m a vegan, I was a bit disappointed, but the staff was very happy to give me something customized, so I had toast with avocado and tomato. The quality was excellent but you can imagine that eating the same thing 5 days straights gets too much.

Tive um problema grave no hotel. Tive uma joia importante que sumiu dentro do meu quarto e não se responsabilizaram.
