Super nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Hotel bietet die Nutzung eines Tuk Tuks kostenlos an um zu den MRT Stationen zu kommen. Frühstück sehr empfehlenswert. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt, kommen gerne wieder

بعيد عن الأماكن الحيوية قليلاً، تحتاج مشي 15-20 دقيقة، مع العلم أن المشي خطير لعدم وجود رصيف مناسب خصوصاً لو معك أطفال
وصول التاكسي أحيان يتأخر 10-20 دقيقة

تأخير بتسجيل الدخول حوالي ساعتين، مماطلة حتى قرب موعد الدخول
تعامل أحد موظفات الإستقبال كان سيء جداً

Le personnel était vraiment top, la navette tres pratique, les attractions touristiques sont a environ 20/30min en bolt. Le terminal 21 est top.

We like everything
Great location, fantastic friendly staff and wonderful facilities everything you need for a stay in Bangkok. Breakfast is delightful and à la carte not buffet which we loved. Nice relaxing pool, and jacuzzi. Gym and steam room were also really good. There is a small tuk tuk service to the local metro and train stations too if you don’t fancy the short walk, Overall we had an excellent stay and were made to feel very special. Thank you Gardina Asoke
