Bathroom too small. No air conditioning, I did not check, I gave it for granted and the only thing in the room was a fan with so much noise. I was not satisfied with the level of cleanliness of the toilet.

Wasn’t advised that the hotel restaurant was closed on sunday nights. We were disappointed as had wanted to dine there considering great reviews. Not a lot
Of other restaurants open in the area either so we ended up with a take away pizza !
Receptionist wasn’t knowledgeable about whether there were pedalo boats to rent on the lake …. But we found some just a 10 minute walk away at the local lakeside cafe.

Cons:

Great location to walk down to the promenade.

Gute Lage, aber teures,wenig komfortables Zimmer.

Das Hotel Alpenblick hat eine gute Lage und wenn man das entsprechende Zimmer hat, auch einen tollen Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee.

Cons:

Wir konnten für 2 Nächte ein preisgünstiges Upgrade machen. Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick. Die beiden anderen Nächte verbrachten wir in einem kleinen Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Der Ventilator konnte kaum was ausrichten. Wir mussten uns einen Fensterschlüssel besorgen, damit sich die Fenster zum Lüften nachts richtig öffnen ließen. Nur 1 Sessel zum bequemen Sitzen, die 2. Sitzmöglichkeit war ein ungepolsteter, harter Holzstuhl. Das Bad war sehr klein, insbesondere das Waschbecken. Der Service war gut, täglich 2x Wasser und Kaffeekapseln. Das Zimmer war sauber.
Das Frühstück war für 20 Schweizer Franken eher durchschnittlich.

Zorge- Buffet zu eng für soviele Gäste
Man musste lange anstehen und verlor viel Zeit bis 10h
Als wir um 11.03h das Zimmer schnell räumn wollten, war die Türe blockiert....so etwas haben wir noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt.

Die Duschkabine war zwar neu und zweck entsprechend, aber das Wasser ist bis in das Zimmer gelaufen ! Duschabtrennung ist nicht genügend abgedichtet ! Die Fenster können nicht normal geöffnet werden! Für ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage unmöglich !

Personal, Aussicht, es war ruhig, Velo hatte Platz in Tiefgarage - alles bestens!

Cons:

Es war sehr heisses Wetter. Der Ventilator im Zimmer war gut, aber zu wenig effizient. In den Gängen wurde frühmorgens nicht gelüftet, die Fenster waren nur etwas gekippt. Da wäre ein effizienteres Lüft- und Schattierungskonzept von Vorteil.

スーツケースと共に坂を登り続けた山頂にあるので、眺めが良い

Cons:

チェックイン時間が16〜17時と短く、それ以降はスタッフが誰もいなくなってしまうので遅刻するとホテルに入れなくなる。
