A luxurious Riad with beautiful, authentic Moroccan decor and craftsmanship.
The reception was excellent and the services were top-notch.
We enjoyed an excursion organized by the hotel owner, where we rode quad bikes for two hours and explored the desert on camels for an hour and a half.
I will definitely repeat this adventure and highly recommend booking this elegant Riad you’ll feel like royalty!
Résidence sécurisée avec plusieurs restaurants, services type excursions proposees également dans la residence dont on a pu beneficier. Concept de tout sous le meme toit interessant. Le riad est grand et les lits confortables. Service de petit déjeuner possible (très bon) préparé par une personne in house pour un prix tres raisonnable.
Il y a des odeurs dans la maison (pb de canalisation ?)
La résidence est un peu éloignée du centre de la médina (retour le soir en taxi et les taxi ne mettent pas les compteurs...)
Retour du gérant assez "agressive" lorsqu on a demandé si il était possible de faire un geste commercial car nous avons fait une visite de 3 jours dans le désert au lieu de 2 et du coup nous avons payé une nuitée sans etre présent. On comprend tout a fait que ce ne soit pas possible compre tenu du delais de prevenance mais le retour aurait pu etre plus professionnel.

La casa era ampia come da descrizione e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usare la lavatrice.
La casa è all'interno di un residence poco utilizzato da turisti.
I servizi presenti nel residence sono essenziali (due mini-market e qualche ristorante marocchino).
La piscina chiude alle 18 e anche se noi siamo arrivati prima delle 17.30 non ci è stata data la possibilità di accedervi.
Ogni stanza (con bagno) è su un piano diverso.

Le riad est tout simplement splendide : décoration au top, ambiance authentique et très soignée. Les espaces sont spacieux et parfaitement entretenus. Aucun cafard, climatisation 100 % fonctionnelle – un vrai confort, surtout en été !
La piscine est très agréable, idéale pour se détendre après une journée dans la médina. Un grand merci à Zakaria, toujours présent, attentionné et aux petits soins pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien. Son professionnalisme fait toute la différence.
Mention spéciale pour Hatim : très professionnel et disponible.

Le riad est un peu éloigné du centre, mais cela contribue aussi à un environnement calme et reposant.
We liked the location, big secured state with the shops and restaurants, swimming pool. Big house with 3 floors and the roof, children's loved it and enjoyed a lot.

The Riad is an architectural masterpiece in the heart of Marrakech, adorned with stunning Moroccan decorations unlike any I have seen in other Riads I have visited.
The rooms are air conditioned, and there is a jacuzzi for relaxation.
The reception was punctual and welcoming, and the management remained in touch with us throughout the day to assist us.
Parking is free.
Everything in the Riad functions perfectly, and the owners pay attention to the smallest details.
As for the price, I find it very reasonable, and even if it were slightly higher, the place and services are well worth it.
I will definitely return in the future and highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone.

Our stay at this property was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were 20 minutes early and requested an early check-in, but the staff insisted we wait until 2 PM, which felt unnecessarily strict. The management was not welcoming, which set a negative tone for our stay.
One staff member was very helpful and always available, though communication was challenging as they relied entirely on translation apps. I truly appreciate their effort—if I were to give 5 stars, it would be for them alone.
The property itself was cold and lacked natural sunlight. The heating was insufficient to properly warm the room, and instead of proper duvets, we were given dusty blankets during the cold nights. The bathrooms were not well-maintained, and hot water was inconsistent. While the property has some character, it does not feel cozy or comfortable.
After our stay, we were contacted and asked not to leave negative feedback, which was disappointing. Transparency is important for future guests, so I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Riad Nezha was amazing - I liked it so much and advised always to rent it full - we got the whole place and it felt like home. It is well decorated with traditional moroccan stuffs - it has all facilities a nice kitchen and a restroom shower in every room. The location is great - they are in the touristic village and close to everything - you can go around walking or by car easily - free parking.
I highly recommend for a family stay.
