Wir hatten mit unseren Freunden eine nette Zeit am Gardasee.
Pros:

Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig.
Frühstück war ganz o.k., das Rührei war viel zu kompakt (hart)

Schöner Aufenthalt mit guter Ausstattung und leckerem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas abseits des städtischen Trubels, bietet dafür aber eine angenehme und ruhige Umgebung. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet eine große Auswahl. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber. Für Familien könnte jedoch der Abstand zwischen dem Elternbett und dem Zustellbett für ein 15-jähriges Kind etwas größer sein. Sehr praktisch ist der große, kostenlose Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Auch die Willkommensgetränke bei der Ankunft waren eine nette Geste.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden auf dem Hotelgelände Bauarbeiten statt. Das Dach des hinteren Gebäudes wurde erneuert, und ausgerechnet dort befand sich unser Zimmer. Zudem war der Türschließer am Eingang dieses Gebäudes defekt. Dadurch wurde die Tür morgens von Gästen auf dem Weg zum Frühstück und auch abends regelmäßig laut zugeschlagen, was die Ruhe erheblich beeinträchtigte.
Der Check-in dauerte ungewöhnlich lange, obwohl außer uns keine weiteren Gäste an der Rezeption warteten.
Im Zimmer haben wir außerdem einen Schuhlöffel und eine Bodylotion vermisst, die in Hotels dieser Kategorie häufig zur Standardausstattung gehören.
Im Saunabereich wäre eine klare Kennzeichnung sinnvoll, ob dieser als Textil- oder textilfreier Bereich genutzt werden soll. Derzeit scheint dies nicht eindeutig geregelt zu sein, was bei einigen Gästen zu Unsicherheiten führen kann.

Urlaub auf der Baustelle
Pros:

Zimmer waren sauber, Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Im Hotel wurden Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, Geräuschbeläsigung, Kranarbeiten, die Dächer neu gedeckt, Urlaub auf der Baustelle, kein Hinweis, es wird von der Hotelleitung mit einkalkuliert, wir haben mitbekommen, wie andere Gäste an der Rezeption sich beschwert und diskutiert haben, Gruppe aus Tirol, Mitarbeiter Incentive, Rabatt von 10 % angeboten wurde, vom Management niemand zu sprechen, Mitarbeiter müssen es ausbaden.
Keine Kulanz, dass man wieder auschecken kann und das Geld zurück bekommt, wenn man nicht so nicht urlauben möchte.

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen mit rad ! 🚴🏿‍♂️

Cons:

Baustellenlärm,Kellner war inkompetent. Und bei der Ankunft wurden wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht wenn wir zu früh Da sind 25.- für den pollaufenthalt zu zahlen !! Waren 2 st zu früh 12:00 statt 14:00!!! Dann sofort die Kurtaxe bezahlen !! Bei der Ankunft. Keine nette Begrüßung 😱
