Saubere große Zimmer, schöner Spa Bereich mit Ruhezone mit Trockenfrüchten und Zitronen/ingwerwasser. Gute Lärmschutzfenster.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet wurde teils nicht nachgefüllt. Schrecklicher !!! ungenießbarer Kaffee und Cappuchino. Jeder Billigautomat ist nicht schlechter als diese Vollautomaten. Das ist ein absolutes NOGO ! Die Klimaanlage war leider auch ohne Funktion

Ho prenotato tramite Booking una notte per i miei genitori presso l’Hotel Leonardo, scegliendo una tariffa senza cancellazione gratuita (quindi ero consapevole delle condizioni). Qualche giorno prima della partenza mia mamma ha preso una forte influenza e, per prudenza, ho provato a spostare le date (non cancellare). Dall’app di Booking è disponibile la funzione “Gestisci prenotazione” → “Modifica date”, che inoltra la richiesta direttamente alla struttura; mi veniva anche indicato un eventuale sovrapprezzo, che avrei accettato senza problemi. La struttura però ha rifiutato la modifica (“richiesta rifiutata”). Booking mi ha mandato la seguente email: "

Di recente hai chiesto a Leonardo Hotel Lago di Garda - Wellness and Spa di cambiare le date del suo soggiorno. Ci dispiace, ma la struttura non può soddisfare la tua richiesta, probabilmente a causa della mancata disponibilità nelle date che hai richiesto.
La tua prenotazione è ancora valida e Leonardo Hotel Lago di Garda - Wellness and Spa ti aspetta il giorno gio 8 gen." Ho chiamato per spiegare la situazione e mi è stato risposto che “la prossima volta conviene prenotare direttamente” perché Booking è un operatore terzo e loro non possono modificare. Peccato che la richiesta risultasse chiaramente gestita dalla struttura e che il rifiuto sia arrivato proprio da loro. Capisco le regole delle tariffe non rimborsabili, ma qui si trattava di un semplice rinvio, con disponibilità a pagare la differenza e fra l'altro a rinviare a data anche da concordare con la struttura (non per forza ad un momento preciso). Per come è stata gestita la situazione, l’esperienza è stata molto deludente e poco orientata al cliente: zero flessibilità. Un vero peccato, perché in situazioni di salute mi aspetto almeno un minimo di attenzione commerciale. Di sicuro non prenoterò mai più in questa struttura.

Tutto!
Partiamo dal fatto che, avendo una cagnolina, lo staff ci ha fatto trovare in stanza una bellissima cuccia (più grande del letto 🤣🤣) con tanto di premietti.
Stanza grande, pulitissima, accogliente, microclima eccellente, con tanto di giardino davanti alla porta finestra dove la mia cagnolina poteva scorazzare felicemente.
In giardino, e in tutte le aree della struttura, sono presenti delle casse che ripropongono musica.
Ci sono due piscine all'aperto che, vista la stagione, non abbiamo potuto usare ma...
La SPA.
La SPA è il pezzo forte della struttura: pulizia, ordine, cortesia e pace.
All'entrata si trova la piscina principale, c'è la sala tisaneria, la sala Gym, diverse sale dove ci si può rilassare, una delle quali con materassi ad acqua, 4 tipi di sauna con differenti temperature e grado di umidità, docce, e toilette anch'esse pulitissime.
All'esterno c'è anche la vasca Jacuzzi.
Infine, ma non ultimo, il cibo.
Colazione spaziale e infinita per tutti i gusti.
Cena: ho fatto i complimenti allo staff perché, sia io che la mia compagna, siamo stati super appagati.
Antipasto: io ho preso la tartare di manzo e la mia compagna la mousse di ceci.
Primi: io ho preso il risotto all'amarone con fonduta e la mia compagna i bigoli con le alici con pane croccante al prezzemolo.
Ragazzi, davvero molto, molto, molto buono!
Che dire, è stata un'esperienza che consiglierei a tutti.
10 e lode sotto ogni aspetto immaginabile.

Bu grubun daha once Berlin deki otelinde konaklamistik. Kesinlikle yuksek standartlari var. Temizlik, kahvalti, ucretsiz araç şarj hizmeti harika. Personel gayet yardimci ve guler yuzlu. Odalar yeni ve yataklar cok rahat.

Cons:

Spa bolumu ozellikle kapali havuz biraz kucuk. Otelin buyuklugunu goz onunde bulundurursak daha yogun bir donemde yetersiz kalabilir. Saunalarin revizyona ihtiyaci var kesinlikle.
