Pros:

Great communication from the host with clear details on how to access the apartment. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and very comfortable/spacious.
Great central location in District 1 but in a quiet alley so no noise during the night.

Wow, what a lovely find. This apartment has been our best accommodation yet on our four month trip around south east Asia. Firstly the apartment is very clean, modern, and has everything you need including a washing machine, kettle and fridge. Secondly it's in a great location, it's in a quiet courtyard away from the main road, but on the main road you are so close to great places to eat, cute cafes and in walking distance to all the main parts of the city. Thirdly, the security of this place is great, there are coded and locked gates which just made us feel extra safe. And finally the host was so helpful, always checking in, making sure we had everything we needed which was a lovely touch.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Zentral gelegen aber sehr ruhig. Mit den Besitzer kommuniziert man per WhatsApp, aber er war wirklich absolut zuverlässig, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

it really is a little charming saigon hotel!
Pros:

everything! the decor, the location, it was clean, so much space. area felt safe and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. thank you so much Bin and Minh for your hospitality.

Cons:

this was a minor thing for me but it was a tiny bit dusty which set off my allergies - easily resolved with an antihistamine
