Location was great and easy check in
Water pressure wasn't great in bathroom and took a while for the hot water to come through.
The location was great, apart from it being in the Jayakata building which is a dive inside the entry, lobbies, lift, virtually no lighting, the floors are disgusting, the lift only one working and smelt really bad.
Outside the gardens are well maintained.
Our room area was fine, modern, further cleaning is needed to doors frames etc.
The bathroom is nasty, the bath is stained and rusty on the edges, the shower screen was not clean and their was virtually no water pressure.
We reported this and was told it's a holiday and no one could come, so for the whole time no hot water or water pressure.
Shower over the bath and a low ceiling so unless your a dwarf it's not suitable for anyone tall.
The lobby lighting is very bad, inside the room after a day the outside light was faulty, the light behind the mirror, the water filter cooler and the water heater appeared all not to be working.
The staff at the lobby look so unhappy and don't really interact at all.
The bathroom need the bath removing and just have a shower due to its rusty condition and height of the shower
The outside balcony barely fits one person and again the railing, and outdoor table is rusty as hell.
It was not exactly a happy stay, never again

We booked for 3 nights, checked in at 8pm and checked out at 6am the next morning on the first day
Location and cleanliness made it a very pleasant stay.
There was nothing to not like about this property
very good location, however it was very far from Hotel facilities if your planning on using them everyday
the bathroom, shower bath combination. Bed was very hard.
The apartment itself was fine. The are great.
The building that the apartment is in is so far from the resort and very very rundown. It it not part of the resort in anyway.
Great room with all the creature comforts. Made travelling with an 8month old baby alot eaiser.

Good location, good size.
When we arrived there was confusion about what building we were in, when we found the right one there was no information for the front desk about check in we had to wait for phone calls to check in because there was no prior communication.
We called for room cleaning many times, and it never came.
The property was accessible to the beach. There were a lot of shops surrounding it.

Location, close walking distance to everything we needed. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Would stay again and recommend.
Floor needed a mop as it was very dusty and there was also a strange smell in the bathroom after it had been cleaned. This only reflects the cleaning not the apartment itself.
Beautiful gardens. Pool by the restaurant. The service with fresh bedding and fresh towels every second day was good.
The entire complex is very dated. Everything needs to be freshened up. The room itself was not thoroughly cleaned. Cobwebs in the corners… It could do with at least one more pot for those that want to clean. The stove is very temperamental.

Aircon was hard to use and toilet wasn’t fully functional.
