La cena non è stata completamente all’altezza delle mie aspettative, il prezzo era abbastanza alto per la qualità comparato ad altri posti nella stessa zona in cui abbiamo mangiato. In più la porzione un po’ piccola (soprattutto per essere in Puglia!)

Pros:

La struttura ha un fascino che le deriva dalla sua storia e che il mirabile recupero architettonico ha avuto il merito di garantire.
La proposta culinaria del ristorante, di ottima qualità, rispetta in pieno le caratteristiche della cucina salentina, opportunamente adeguata ad un registro di gradevole modernità.
Il servizio, sia quanto alla reception, sia quanto al ristorante ed al momento colazione, è assicurato in maniera attenta, ma al tempo stesso caratterizzata da una piacevolissima cordialità.
Uno speciale ringraziamento a Laura, per la sua cortesia e simpatia e la cura a noi dedicata.

Silvia, Ana todas. nos han hecho sentir a gusto, sus sugerencias estupendas, las cenas en la terraza con productos típicos de la zona, la barbacoa un acierto, en definitiva excelente!!!

Fort cher pour un effet de mode

J’avais réservé ( bien cher)une chambre avec terrasse personnelle pour pouvoir profiter d’un apéritif sympa . Hélas, j’ai découvert que la chambre avait été attribuée à d’autres. On me proposait une chambre normale, que je n’ai pas voulue. J’avais réservé voici 1 mois, comment ont-ils pu ne pas se rendre compte de l’erreur ?

Cons:

Cette masseria est sinistre : isolée au milieu d’un endroit désert, sans aucune végétation, avec une partie du terrain en travaux, aucune belle vue. Les terrasses particulières des 2 chambres donnent… sur le parking et la route, pas vraiment romantique comme je le croyais. Tout est informatisé, vous ne voyez personne. Check in en ligne très long. La salle du resto est banale pour les prix demandés. La chambre est jolie, moderne, mais ça ne vaut pas 170 euros. Finalement à cause de leur erreur de réservation, nous avons logé 1 km + loin, dans la très jolie et verdoyante masseria Baroni nuovi , je vous le recommande !

Außergewöhnlich gut und herzlich
Pros:

das Ambiente war absolut außergewöhnlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es herrscht dort eine familiäre Atmosphäre, die auf die Gäste abfärbt. Ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, das Frühstück hervorragend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Zimmer (Nr 7) grenzte an die Restaurant Räume, somit war bis spät Abend sowie ab 7:00
Morgens zu hören wie geräumt, gerückt und Musik lief.
Das / die Zimmer haben Zugang über den Innenhof, in dem auch Gastronomie und Loungemöbel sind. Im Grunde eine schöne Sache, wenn nicht Gäste bis spät in die Nacht dort bewirtet werden und dies für Lärm sorgt. Warum muss dann dort auch noch Musik alles beschallen?

Das Restaurant ist für den Abend NICHT zu empfehlen! Das Personal überfordert, die angebotenen Speisen mittelmäßig und für de berechneten Preise viel zu teuer. Zumal das Anwesen über einen eigenen, gut sortierten Gemüsegarten verfügt.

Das Check-In Prozedere ist übertrieben und nervig ( wie schon von anderen beschrieben)
Man hat das Gefühl mit einer KI zu kommunizieren, da Anfragen nicht beantworten werden, falsche Antworten kommen und immer wieder die selben Aufforderungen / Informationen / Abfragen gestellt werden.
Nie mehr in dieser Unterkunft!

Nous avons passé une nuit sur place avec un dîner réservé au restaurant. Malheureusement, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur du cadre, pourtant sublime.

La communication a été très compliquée, aussi bien en italien qu’en anglais. On nous avait assuré qu’il y avait des options végétariennes, ce qui n’était pas le cas. Après avoir demandé une planche apéritive sans viande ni poisson, celle-ci est tout de même arrivée avec de la charcuterie. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment décevant : tarifs exorbitants pour une cuisine banale.

Le service était complètement désorganisé, dans une atmosphère peu agréable (certains clients suivaient un match de football sur leur smartphone avec le son à fond). Un verre de vin blanc nous a même été servi… chaud. Côté hébergement, pas de wifi dans la chambre, ce qui est surprenant à ce niveau de prestation.

Quel dommage : le lieu est splendide, mais le service ne suit absolument pas.
