Нашу бронь отменили когда мы уже приехали заселяться. Деньги не вернули. По телефону какая то не компетентная хамка отвечала.

Cons:

당일에 체크인하려고 연락했는데 오늘 숙박 안받는다고 예약 취소하라고 해서 일방적으로 예약 취소 당했습니다. 이유도 말 안하고 그냥 오늘 안된다고만 반복하시고 사과도 안하시고 제가 이게 무슨 경우냐고 계속 따지니 마지못해 죄송하다고 했습니다.
예약했다는 사실도 체크가 안 되어있었고 제가 연락을 안했으면 숙박이 안된다는 사실도 몰랐을 것 같네요. 어이가 너무 없습니다.

방에 담배냄새로 인해 입실을 할수가 없었음 / 담배냄새 말했던 문열고 에어컨 키고 있으라는.....권유(?) 어이없음
예약하고 거의 다 도착했는데 방이 안될수도있다고 연락옴

Smelly fridge no response from owners
Cons:

I had stayed here before, thats why I rebooked. BUT this time the refrigerator smelled like something had died in it and no amount of communicating with the owners resulted in the matter being addressed. So while all the other missing perks ( like no pool, no wine as promised if you stayed longer than 5 nights, which were not provided in my first stay), I was willing to let slip because the place was clean and met my needs. This time the smell and unresponsiveness of the owners made the missing perks all the more egregious. Like they say all good things come to an end! Will not return

Worst experience I've ever had. Ruined my birthday and I only wasted time and money
Pros:

Nothing. I was scammed

Cons:

I was scammed. The ad was of a 4 star hotel with pool, spa, staff, room service, etc
And it was all a fraud. Nothing was open. Online service was extremely rude.
They said they would refund me and then said they would not
