Good location, clean bed, I was surprised that they provided an amenity kit, sleep mask and ear plugs.
All in all, very comfortable place if you are in transit.

Very comfortable option for long layovers
Pros:

The capsule itself was really comfortable, good air flow, secure. Bathrooms were clean.

Cons:

Not so much didn't like, but it's outside of the immigration point so I had to get a visa to pass through on my layover.

worth for a transit short stay
Pros:

bed was tidy and spacious, air conditioning was good and comfortable

Cons:

its really just bed, no toilet and shower facilities which is quite troublesome since KLIA has no shower facilities with hot water.
locker is outside.
