Pros:

Room was good. Small but enough just for laying down after long flight. The important facility is the bathroom. At the night that i arrived it was spotlessly clean (there was 3 bathrooms) but in the morning (around 3am ) i did use again the bathroom and unfortunately it's not clean. So need staffs to check more and please other guests...be responsible and try to clean after using. Try to consider others

Handy space for a quick sleepover
Pros:

It was handy for a few hours sleep. The mattress was comfortable and the linen of quality and pristine. The bathrooms were immaculate and modern.

Cons:

It felt too enclosed and the noise from people coming and going all night was a distraction.
It would have been impossible to access the upper pods.

Comfortable place to sleep when you have a layover
Pros:

Very convenient as we landed in the evening and had a flight early the next morning. First time sleeping in a capsule hotel so kinda liked the experience. I slept in the double one with our luggage in and still felt comfortable enough. I don’t understand the comments about the toilets. They have three fully equipped bathrooms with showers in the premises. Staff was very helpful.

Très bien pour une nuit en transit.
Pros:

Parfait pour une nuit de transit, arrivée avec un avion et repartir le lendemain en avion sans avoir à sortir de l'aéroport c'est super pratique. On est sur place, frais, propre, et reposé.

Cons:

Wc sporchi (siamo dovuti andare in quelli dell'areoporto più puliti e perdendo tempo),, letti della nostra capsula non reclinabili completamente *a differenza di quelli dei nostri figli), temperatura alta nella capsula a bassissima nel corridoio (abbiamo dovuto dormire con la porta aperta per mediare la temperatura), posizione non comoda per i voli in arrivo e partenza dal terminal 2 come nel nostro caso, assenza di istruzioni da parte del personale su come settare il letto, rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo

Great facility at KLIA
Pros:

It was great to be able to rest here for a few hours and shower between two flights at KLIA. The staff were friendly, check in was efficient and the facilities were good. The space was surprisingly quiet for an international airport.

Convenient stay with good dark room
Pros:

Has designated total 3 toilet and shower rooms so can take a shower during your stay. The rooms when I stayed were very quiet and you get towel, mask etc included. Very dark inside so good sleep- would recommend for price and location to all! Staff were very nice and approachable
