Bad stay, far away, bad organization
Pros:

The rooms were nice and modern with a good view. Cleaning staff did a great job.

Cons:

Shuttle service didn’t work. They did not come to pick us up as planned. You have to pay for it. If you scheduled a round trip and they don’t show up, what can you do? This happened twice. The rooms smelled weird. There was water damage on the floor of the hallway. There was a high pitched noise coming from the panel. The room had no insulation from the hallway so you could hear everything. The breakfast buffet was too expensive for what it was. No one told me about breakfast or how much it cost when I checked in. Customer service was minimal.

Don’t stay there..
Pros:

Nothing.. I regretted staying there

Cons:

There is a sewage problem..The bathrooms and the hotel facilities were having an extremely bad smell.. Complained more than 4 times.. Problem was not solved..
The swimming pool water is not clean..
The staff in the reception ( ION Majestic) who checked us in, because we arrived after 11pm, where very rude

Pros:

The room had not been cleaned since the previous guest.

There were visible bloodstains on the bedsheets, which is a major health hazard.


I have attached photographic evidence of these conditions. Due to the severity of these health and safety violations, I could not stay in the room and I am requesting a full refund of Rm207!!

Please confirm receipt of this email and let me know when I can expect the refund to be processed.

Ok but needs work.
Pros:

Room was fairly clean and had a kitchen

Cons:

Master bedroom was leaking by the windows due to the fog..water temp would go up and down really dramatically, the water would get so hot that it is easily able to burn us of we are not careful! The place also has a very misty smell-not very nice. Also, when the heaters are on, if we close the master bedroom door or the madter bedroom bathroom door, it keeps moving as if someone is repeatedly knocking on it! Very annoying and frustrating. We stayed in a 3 bed executive apartment.

The place was superb and weather was excellent

I believe they can improve to have some air freshener used in the bathroom and hallways.

Among the Clouds
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious.I loved the blue color .The house keeping was amazing . The view was really good.There was a kettle and coffee and tea bags that wasn't not mentioned in the room description on Booking.

Cons:

The lobby needs more couches.
