Nice stay in a friendly hotel
Pros:

Located in a quieter area than the seafront but only ten minutes walk to the front. A small restaurant opposite provides basic good value meals for tourist and locals alike. The airport A2 bus stops right outside so an easy trip .

Pros:

Die Lage zur Bushaltestelle ist sehr gut. Zum Flughafen 15 minuten und nach Palma 25 minuten.
Gemeinschaftsküche und Pool vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Heizung/Klima hat nach 1 Tag nicht mehr funktioniert. Die Decken waren so dünn wie Papier, dadurch war es mir zu kalt im Zimmer. Bin deshalb krank geworden.
Auch war es nicht sehr sauber im Zimmer. Als wir ankamen, sah ich Haare auf dem Nachttisch und im Bad. Der Balkon war auch nicht sauber.
Wir waren 6 Tage da aber kein einziges mal wurde das Zimmer geputzt oder bekamen neue Handtücher. Letztendlich habe ich mich dann vor dem Boden echt geekelt.
Nachttischlampen oder Lichtschalter am Bett wären gut, damit man nicht jedes mal zur Tür muss, um das Licht ein und auszuschalten.
Desweiteren haben in unserem Zimmer 4 von 6 Steckdosen nicht funktioniert.

Me gustó la ubicación y la habitacion en general, con su terraza

Cons:

Por decir algo el cuarto de baño que no salia agua caliente en algunas ocasiones, pero no esta mal

Pros:

The location is good close to beach, bus stop close by for easy access to Palma and airport. Local diner across street, was good for quick meal. The pool was open looked clean…still a bit too chilly for a dip. The communal kitchen is helpful with kettle, microwave and fridge. Bed was comfortable
