bad customer services, no correct information a out check in and check out

Cons:

I lost a day of my vacation because on booking there was information that check out is 00.00 and it was at 11 am. Because of late check out I booked this hotel. The lady at the reception was horrible, I have never met someone like that in my life. I submitted a compkain on booking but it was lost and no one contacted me about it

Ubicación

Cons:

Falta de personal del hotel, ducha atascada, no tenía gel ni champú en las habitaciones solo en la recepción y embases a compartir para todo el hotel.
El baño no tenía cortina en la ventana y tuvimos que poner una toalla porque enfrente teníamos gente en otro hotel.
La tv no tenía los canales normales, solo plataformas y tenías que registrarte para poder ver, muy lartosa.

Pros:

Me gustó que era entrada autónoma y estaba cerca de la parada del autobús. La habitación relación calidad-precio estaba bien.
No se veía en las fotos pero tiene una pequeña cocina común, lo cual está muy bien.

Cons:

El baño no me gustó demasiado, la ducha no tragaba bien. Supuestamente era la habitación doble categoría superior pero a mi parecer no tenía ninguna mejora respecto a una doble normal.
