Exceptional, thoughtful service accompanied by stunning scenery, comfortable rooms and fantastic spa!
Pros:

Stunning landscape and exceptionally comfortable rooms. The spa was great too, with thermal experience to go with our treatments. Went in winter and loved it. What really made our stay was the thoughtful touches and attentiveness of all the staff we encountered. Coming back to our room we found surprises and that the room is kept fresh, and porters ready to welcome and see you off which was incredibly efficient.

Only 30 minute journey to the airport, 20 minutes to V&A waterfront, making it out of the centre but for the best reasons (tranquil by the vineyards and mountains). Best of all near the lovely Kalk bay - perfect for a short trip out (16 mins).

We especially loved the breakfast at the on site restaurant - we could tell the chef put in a lot of care.

Great service, in addition the hotel provided shuttle service taking me to & from the US Consulate.
Pros:

Enjoyed the fact that my dietary requirements were taken into consideration and great alternatives were provided
