We got what we paid for
Pros:

Good location next to major attractions and eateries. Bit of a walk to the nearest metro for airport or tour pickup points.

Value is what you pay for. Decent fridge and washing machine (not dryer) in the room itself. Dryer is extra payment 5000 won and available in the men's washroom on the ground floor.

Cons:

There is indeed mold on the windows. Despite multiple reviews, if the mold is not being removed then the management is to be blamed.

Dryer is in men's washroom so I'm not sure if women would be comfortable going there. Plus they have strict timing on dryers. From 11am to 8pm only, which would be peak travel and tour time not clothes washing time.

During our stay the toilet got blocked despite us following their tissue discard instructions. We were given a plunger and asked to clean it ourselves instead of a staff. Getting the customers to clean a blocked toilet is strange.

Goede locatie, prima kamer
Pros:

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. In de kamer hadden we een eigen wasmachine en een keukentje. De kamer was ruim en er was voldoende ruimte om spullen op te bergen. Fijn om even wat dingen te kunnen ophangen en uitstallen.

Cons:

Het hotel is al wat ouder, dit kun je aan sommige dingen wel zien. Door de locatie heb je wel wat geluidsoverlast van buiten, maar niet extreem storend.

Pros:

Perfezione. Posizione fantastica, vicina ai trasporti e a tantissimi punti d'interesse. Piena di bar e ristoranti e negozi nelle immediate vicinanze. Stanza silenziosa e pulita. Personale fantastico. Asciugamani, acqua e carta igienica sempre disponibili. Ora sono a Busan, sono entrata nella mia camera di hotel e la prima cosa che ho detto è "mi manca il TOP". L'anno prossimo tornerò al 100%

Pros:

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis in extrem guter Lage. In den Nachbarstraßen kann man super essen gehen, zu den wichtigen Palästen zu Fuß gehen. Insgesamt konnten wir viele Wege zu Fuß erledigen. Die Nachbarschaft hat uns super gefallen.

War das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel , würde es immer wieder buchen .
Pros:

Die Lage ist super , viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Personal super nett.

Cons:

Es ist schon renovierungsbedürftig .

多少狭くても気にしなければ、コスパは良い。お薦め
Pros:

駅から近く、複数の路線の地下鉄に乗れる。特に金浦空港から乗り換えなしでホテルへの出口がエスカレーターで行けるのは荷物あるとき便利。
タオルや水の補充がセルフだが、その分コスパが良いと感じるので、お薦め。
冷蔵庫も大きい。

Cons:

わかっていたが、トイレとシャワーが一体なので、シャワー使うとトイレがびしょ濡れになる。カーテンぐらいあると良い。
テレビが接続の問題か、定期的にキレたりするのが少し気になった。
