The bedsheet was old and not clean.
Distance to University of Santo Tomas
Narrow, dark alleyway entrance. No card transactions. Unluckily there was a water pipe repair, so erratic to no water at bathroom the whole overnight stay

Dirtiness, very poor furniture, mice, cockroaches, smell
Everything was okay and clean. Room and CR was compact as expected due to room size but it was comfy clean and proper. Everything was functional and no damage. Assigned night shift receptionist/ staff was accommodating and friendly
Needs a bigger and absorbent floor mat after bath since the one we had is not absorbable enough and was too small and gets wet easily
The neighbourhood is very nice. A lot of places close by.

Hot shower. 24 hour reception. Close to the Bambang rail staion (which is a GREAT cheap way to get around the city by the way). The AC was very effective, even though it was a bit loud.
This was a very unclean hotel room. The bed sheets were clean, but there were ants spread across the room (even sometimes in the bed!), and so much dirt and grime around the bathroom sink faucet that it was black(!) where it met the sink. The inside of the bathroom door were also not cleaned, with smudges and dirt left.
