We had a good experience in bursa.
Pros:

Very helpful and supportive staff.
They attended to our needs promptly and professionally.
The facility is located very close to many stores and access was very easy.
They were kind enough to upgrade our unit when we faced issues with the original unit allocated.

Cons:

Nothing really.
But I recommend that a supervisor should always check all units being readied for guest occupancy to make sure everything is in order before guests arrive.

Stanza grande, nuova e molto moderna. Bagno altrettanto grande e vista stupenda su Bursa. Parcheggio gratuito in loco e staff molto accogliente professionale e preparato. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato dei capelli sul materasso del letto. Abbiamo anche visto che la colazione viene circa 8 euro a testa, a nostro parere troppo.

Die Stadt ist super und das Hotel auch.
Pros:

Top 1 ist die Lage.Direkt mitten in der Altstadt. Das Personal am Empfang war auch sehr nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Das war mein zweiter Besuch bei ihnen. Das erste Mal hat es uns so sehr gefallen das wir direkt wieder bei ihnen gebucht haben. Aber diesmal war leider 😞das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber. Die Bettwäsche war sehr dreckig. Habe mich dann bei der Rezeption gemeldet und die haben uns ein neue Zimmer gegeben die auch sauber war.
