I continued staying just bcz my flight will be the day next there is no time to change or looking for another hotel

Magnífico hotel.

Magnífico hotel
Habitación enorme. Moderna y muy bien equipada.
La cama era gigante y muy, muy cómoda.
El cuarto de baño, grande, moderno y muy bien equipado
Desayuno: magnífico y muy variado. Se sirve en el restaurante de la planta 16 con unas vistas impresionantes.
Zonas comunes del hotel: amplias y cómodas.
Parking: con parking subterráneo y además asistido por aparcacoches.
Muy cerca de los lugares turísticos y zonas de interés.

Pros:

The entire staff were incredibly nice all the time, and they were helpful whenever you needed. And they offer their assistance without being asked to. The location is perfect nearby almost everything, within a walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Sehr zentral gelegen, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zubden Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Haltestelle Bus und Metro direkt davor.
Personal sehr nett. Vorallem Herr Ahmed (ich hoffe der Name ist richtig, arabischsprechender junger Mann) aber auch die junge Dame mit den Locken, der Herr mit der Brille usw. waren sehr nett.
Hotel war generell sauber, aber man könnte das noch ein wenig verbessern.
Z. B. Flecken im Aufzug waren Tagelang da.
Der Käse beim Frühstück war super lecker! In vielen Hotels ist dies nicht so.
Die Aussicht oben auf der Terasse ist wunderschön. .

Frühstück:
Riesen großes 'Rauchen verboten' Schild da, aber alle Rauchen. Im geschlossenen Raum. Auch einige vom Personal. Das ist einfach eklig und gesundheitsschädlich . Ich esse und bekomme Rauch zu atmen, weil andere keine Regeln beachten und das Personal diesbezüglich nichts macht.
2 Mal bin ich hin. 2 Mal das selbe passiert. Am 3. Tag habe ich deshalb nicht gefrühstückt.
Frühstück Auswahl vorhanden , aber geschmacklich vieles nicht gut. Vorallem die Speisen mit Jogurt haben richtig schlecht geschmeckt. Obwohl ich diese normalerweise am meisten bevorzuge.
Toilettenpapier wirklich zu dünn.
Wir haben ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer gehabt, aber der Tisch war sehr sehr klein. Ein etwas größerer wäre gut gewesen

Our room was great. It was spacious and a nice bathroom. The front staff were great as they gave us a room upgrade and helped us with restaurant suggestions and bookings.
It was within walking distance to the Bazaar and other sights.
