Schönes sauberes Hotel mit super Aussicht und in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Bursa, man kann das Stadtzentrum und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und einfach auch zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war groß, schön und sauber, mit einer schönen Aussicht über die Stadt und die Berge. Das Rooftop-Restaurant war sehr schön, mit einer super Aussicht. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer konnten die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, wodurch wir schnell schlechte Luft hatten und es sehr warm wurde. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass sie aufgrund des starken Windes dauerhaft verschlossen wurden. Zudem gab es im Bad keine Lüftung, wodurch es dort nach dem Duschen eher einer Sauna glich.

Excellent hotel but let down by the restaurant

Cons:

Don't use the restaurant! We were left waiting to be served for half an hour, only then to be told there would be another 75 minute wait as a big party was due to arrive. Shocking service

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, but avoid the independent roof top restaurant.

Everything was great

Cons:

Nothing about the hotel. However the independent roof top restaurant was a disgrace. Two of us went there for an evening meal and after sitting at a table for 15 minutes we were asked to leave when a large group of people arrived.

جمال الاطلالة على الجبل

جمال هذا المكان من جمال اخلاق موظفي الاستقبال السوريين الأخ الفاضل (عمر) والاخ اللطيف (احمد) اللي ساعدني بحمل الحقائب الله يوفقهم جدا متعاونين ومحترمين، عندي رضيعين ووفرولي سريري رضع، المكان موقعه خرافي ملاصق لسوق بورصة الشعبي المسقوف اللي فيه اولو جامع، وبه مواقف سفلية، ببساطة كل شئ جنبك من مطاعم وتسوق، وحتى قريب من طريق الطلوع لأولوداغ، جمال الاطلالة على السوق وعلى الجبل، ودورة المياه بها ايضا شطاف

للاسف الشفاط بالحمام كان ضعيف جدا او معطل وكانت هنالك رائحة مستمرة بالحمام أجلكم الله، ايضا كان الزجاج مكسور بالغرفة اللي سكنا فيها ورقمها 1104

This hotel needs to be brought up to standard.
Pros:

Well placed for a visit to old monuments. The staff was pleasant and the accommodation spacious. The breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

We had very uncomfortable bedding in manmade fabrics. The light inside the closet remained on all day and night and was visible around the doors. People smoked in areas of the dining room which were not closed off from the rest of the space. The internet worked extremely sporadically and most of the time it did not work. Our door lock had to be changed as it did not work and made getting in and out very difficult (so a potential fire hazard). The toilet was leaking and we were told the only solution was to use towels.
