Very good experience overall!
The clerk was rude, didn’t offer the WiFi and put me in a room where the carpet in the hall was urine soaked. The exit/stairwell was so odorous, I had to cover my nose and not breathe. The phone in the room didn’t work, there was no desk agent after 8 pm. Worst hotel stay of my life and I have traveled extensively in my 30 years of traveling. I will never go back. I’d rather sleep on the street.
Clean rooms great stuff and amazing views of the mountains thank you extended stay
Front attendant was cringe and unprofessional
Kitchen was empty...no cooking pots, not plates, silverware or cups. Very poor...had to buy a "kit" for $20 for pans and/or $20 for plates & silverware.
Stayed here before and kitchen was totally equipped, NOT NOW and no warning to bring anything. After a 13 hour drive...VERY POOR!! Some staff: great; others: not so much.
I’ve been living at this Extended Stay for the past six months and it has been a great experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable, and the property is always clean and well maintained. It really feels like a home away from home, and I’m very thankful for the positive environment here.
I've been staying here for about six months and my experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and everything has been well taken care of during my stay. I really appreciate the welcoming environment and the consistency of good service. The staff is always there to help when any problems arise. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a reliable place to stay!
Not within the first 30min in the room we lost power just pluging in the phone charger. Then we lift to give them time to figure out what happened. Came back with no update but the power was back on. Then I went to ask for new towels since they didn't turn the room with new towels after staying 5 days. Just to be told I would have to pay $1.00 for each new towel the price wasn't the issue it was the fact we pay alot for the room and we can't get clean towels. We did this with a very tight budget we knew it wouldn't be the greatest but to have to pay for clean towels is outages! If your on a budget pay the extra $25-$50 for a nicer place.
Front desk was great
Everything went well. Room was very comfortable and quiet.
They do not have the room reserved for us. Now we have no where to stay!
Horrible experience. I don’t think we’ll use you again!
Don't stay here. If you do stay here because you have no other option, insist on staying on the second or third floor and/or stay away from the kitchen.
I saw around 8 cockroaches in 3 nights - German cockroaches, which means the place is infested. They kept coming out of the crack between the kitchen sink and the counter. I'm shocked but thankful there were no bedbugs.
Cleanliness: the linens were clean, but the couch cushions had some holes/tears and the mattress in the pullout couch was heavily stained and very thin (please see the attached picture). It did not look comfortable. This was a huge disappointment since the main reason I booked this room was because we were 3 people and each wanted our own bed. Aside from these points, the rest of the room was surprisingly clean.
Amenities: there weren't really any amenities, besides free Wi-Fi and a not-so-clean laundry room. No coffee, no food besides a vending machine in the lobby. No breakfast.
State of the room: good, except for the bathroom door that wouldn't lock and the lopsided bedside lamp.
Staff: we didn't see them much. When we saw them, they weren't friendly.
The location is fine, with ample parking.
This place was a bummer. They put me in a room that was not even finished with remodeling. Paint stains on floor, trash on floor. I know they just shoved me in a room
During my husband and I’s two night stay, the front desk was frequently closed and shuttered down, even in the middle of the day, which was very frustrating. My husband and I were also annoyed by the front desk’s hesitance to provide us with additional towels. Hotel towels are notoriously tiny, and I have long hair, so I had asked the desk for a couple more towels. They had originally told us no, and that we would have to hand in our old towels to get new ones. Eventually they reluctantly gave us one more, but it was very annoying that we had to beg. Also on the topic of long hair- there was no hair dryer in the room, nor did the hotel have one available, so I had to run to Target and buy one!
It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve been in. Grime everywhere hair on the bed, blood by the toilet black mold in the shower. It was way below acceptable. The only silver lining is it was close to target so we could go buy cleaning supplies.
Dirty sheets. Got a room with a pull out and they didnt have any sheets or blankets for it. Rude staff. Food left in the room from previous guests. No breakfast like advertised. Whole room seemed to not be cleaned. Smelt like marijuana
Was pretty quiet and relaxed. Had some smell in the hallway from someone cooking but otherwise the room was great.
