Our 2nd visit in about a week.(:
Pros:

The staff and willingness to help with our needs.

Cons:

The elevator wasn't working however they accommodated us with a 1st floor room because I have knee problems and was unable to take the stairs.

Pros:

Location, it was out of the way and a little hard to find. But it was cool.

Cons:

The fact that a bunch of preppy, arrogant little league brats were there. That was about it.

Room smelled like a mop bucket filled with fabuloso.
Pros:

It was near the sporting KC stadium

Cons:

The room was damp. The bedding was damp. The room smelled like a mop bucket filled with fabuloso. I turned the AC up to see if it felt damp because it was cold, but then it was just humid and hot and smelled like fabuloso worse. I had to keep the AC on 63 degrees for it to be bearable in the room. If the floor in the bathroom got wet from taking a shower then it was sticky when you walked on it. The pool was closed when I booked a hotel with a pool for a reason.
