Pros:

I stayed here for a few days and everything was great, all the Staff were very professional, the room was cleaned every day, the facilities included a restaurant, bar and swimming pool with big screens for the world cup. My room had a small balcony on the main road side and underneath there was a night club. I could hear cars passing but that was a rather pleasant distraction from complete silence. The club was also not open everyday but when it was you could hear noise until late at night and this also was a rather pleasant aspect of this rather peaceful, calm and bright town. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Remplacement et le monsieur de l'accueil avec son épouse d'une gentillesse et d'un respect total j'ai fait un séjour avec une copine il nous a bien expliqué et diriger pour faire une réservation pour nos sorties merci à ce couple j'espère que Madame a eu son bébé.

Pros:

Hotel presque parfait, personnel à l'écoute. Cet hôtel a été peu à peur refait, il a connu des jours fastes, puis des jours sombres. Les chambres sont refaites, impeccables, salles de bain géniales... Restaurant avec serveur diligent, piscine...

Cons:

Chambre au calme, mais il y a une boite de nuit, qui en soit ne fait pas de bruit. Mais ma chambre donnant sur la rue j'ai eu droit aux hurlements de clients dehors à la sortie, entre 4h et 4H30 du matin. Je ne comprends pas comment le service d'ordre ne leur demande pas partir !!??
Problème de lit, vraiment : Mon grand lit double était en fait deux matelas simples accolés, du coup avec une énorme bosse en plein milieu du lit empêchant de profiter du grand lit. Il faut donc dormir sur un des lits simple d'un côté ou d'un autre.
C'est un problème réccurrant au Maroc. Un chambre simple, c'est un lit simple, une chambre double c'est un grand lit double, une chambre avec lits jumeaux, c'est une chambre avec deux lits... C'est le cas dans presque le monde entier... sauf au Maroc

Pros:

Petit déjeuner mais dommage qu’il faille attendre 7h du matin sachant que nous devions être à l’aéroport pour 7h il faudrait faire comme tout les autres hôtels ouvrir a 6h30
L’hôtel n’a pas de parking du moins nous ne l’avons pas vu

Good staying on the way to Merzouga
Pros:

The position of hotel is very good if you come only to overnight. I like swimming pool . All hotel is renovated and nice, because i have been here before. Big good difference!

My room was next to elevator, which is old and very noisy. Really not nice..

Bon séjour, c’est une ville vraiment à visiter, ainsi que ses environs.
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.
L’emplacement est idéal : on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied.
Le mini-frigo dans la chambre permet d’avoir toujours de l’eau fraîche quand il fait chaud.
Salle de bain refaite.

Cons:

Le bruit de l’ascenseur et les travaux mais je pense que c’est provisoire.
