Great spot to stay
Pros:

The location was fantastic, 1 block to My Khe Beach and tons of restaurants in every direction. The hotel was very clean.

Sea Wind may be the best budget hotel in Danang for short or long-term stays. Highly recommend.
Pros:

I wanted to give Sea Wind Hotel a 9.5 but there was no option to do that. This place is nearly perfect. It is practically next to the beach. Rooms are large and clean. Phuong, the manager at the desk when I checked in, gave me a room on the corner with a large window and good view of the streets down below. There are numerous shops in this part of Danang. There is no restaurant on site; but they are everywhere here, starting next door. The rates (room prices) at Sea Wind are very good for a hotel of this type and available rooms. Great wifi and A/C. Phuong and all other staff are exceptionally nice and very accommodating. This was my third time in Danang in the last year. I've stayed at many hotels already (from budget hotels to expensive 5-star accommodations), see which ones I would recommend. So far, Sea Wind is the best budget hotel (less than $35 USD for most 1-2 person rooms. I come to Danang every few months from USA and plan to stay at this hotel.

Cons:

If the first 2 considerations are addressed by the time I return in a few months, the hotel will be a '10'.
1) The room could use an inside sheer curtain to allow light but keep people in the hotel across the street from seeing you when you're not dressed.
2) A curtain or blind on the bathroom window would prevent early daylight and bright city lights into the bathroom, which is separated from the bedroom by only a large frosted glass wall.
3) The bed was a little firm; but I eventually got used to it.

An good value stay if you are looking for a hotel with a pool a short walk from the beach,
Pros:

The hotel was a short walk to the beach and had a rooftop pool with 2 loungers and a couple of chairs. It had an elevator, good water pressure and lots of hot water. The wifi was good. There was an electrical outlet near the mirror. It was on a quiet street.

Cons:

The room was small, the city view from the 3rd floor was poor. There was no fan so we had to use the ac at night to keep the room cool, but because the ac blows from the side across the bed, it gets too cold. There was a kettle, but no complimentary coffee or tea, and no coffee cups, only glasses. There were only two bath towels and no hand towels. The bed was very firm. We were supposed to be able to pay at the property by credit card, but on arrival they required cash payment.

Zentrale Lage, in Fußnähe hat man alles. Strand, Shops, Spa, ATM usw
Große, sehr saubere Zimmer, tolles Bad mit getrennter Dusche und heißem Wasser.
Super liebevolle, freundliche und charmante Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Die junge Dame hat mir geholfen wo es nur ging.
Ich kann das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen!
Kleiner Tipp: Ohropax!
da man mitten im Geschehen ist, kann es im Zimmer bis spätabends etwas laut sein, man ist halt wirklich mitten im Zentrum, deswegen muss man damit auch rechnen.

Auf booking wird angegeben das Zahlung mit Kreditkarte möglich ist. Das ist aber nicht der Fall, nur mit einheimischen QR Code oder Barzahlung möglich. Das sollte man hier ändern und anpassen, um Missverständnisse vorzubeugen.
