Здесь невозможно жить! Очень шумно! Отель находится на пересечении двух улиц, слышно каждую машину, а когда проезжает трамвай - номер трясется! Кровати неудобные жесткие, в ванной комнате грязно, раковину не мыли вовсе

Завтрак разнообразный и достаточный. Чистый и современный сан.узел и душевая, приветливый персонал. Быстрое оформление.

Cons:

Номер без окна, не проветримуемый с запахом чистящих средств. Узкая кровать. Только растворимый кофе на завтрак.

Pros:

We loved breakfasts and ladies who cooked and served. Location was good. New facilities. Noise isolation is good. Rooms are small but very comfortable.

Cons:

One of the rooms did not have a window. This is a disadvantage. Staff could be a little more friendly and more helpful.

Чистые номера. Номер с двумя кроватями . Был чайник, кофе, чай разный, холодильник . Из ванных принадлежностей был фен, пушистые полотенца , зубная щетка с пастой, мыло , гели для душа, шампунь , кондиционер. Единственное , не было расчески, но это не столь важно ☺️

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was unprofessional, unhelpful, and dismissive from the moment I arrived. Basic questions were met with rude responses, and there was no effort to resolve issues or make guests feel welcome.
The service overall was very poor, with a complete lack of hospitality or courtesy. A hotel stay should feel comfortable and respectful, but this experience was stressful and frustrating instead.

Cons:

would not recommend this hotel to others, and I will definitely not be returning. Management seriously needs to address customer service and front-desk behavior.

Hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The receptionist was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and incompetent. It felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than customers.
No professionalism, no basic manners, and zero attempt to help with anything. The level of service was shocking and completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging money.

Save yourself the frustration and stay literally anywhere else. This place is a joke, and management should be embarrassed.

The receptionist tells his name jahfar offers their customers to come outside meet him and let’s sort out if there any issue with hotel a clear threat that you are not in your country anything can be done.
This receptionist also talks about your genitals and says that you don’t have “balls” he even offering gayish* appeals in offense (his recording available with me) . Be careful from this hotel and receptionist
