Breakfast terrible, no buffet as it should be because the hotel was not full enough, which is understandable, but still no a la carte breakfast, you just have a terrible menu and zero choice.

Our stay was great, it was convenient and clean.
Pros:

Clean and tidy and a lovely breakfast, our concierge (Daniele) was exceptional ..helping us with scooter and bus bookings amongst her other duties with excellent communication .

Not worth the money, not like the pictures, booking errors and faulty aircon meant the stay was a nightmare

Staff were friendly, the problems we had with this hotel were nothing to do with the service we received from reception staff

Cons:

We were placed in the wrong room for the first night with no washing bath, the staff advised they will switch us the following day. The second night we were placed in a room with no working air con, we could not sleep at all (it was hell to be in there due to heat and no windows). The final night we stayed we were in the correct room, this was fine. Sadly though, the ‘apartments’ here do not have any facilities so you would unable to make use of the kitchen (no cutlery, cooking equipment, not even a single plate) - not really sure what the point is? The hotel is pretty tired and needs to be refreshed, very very different to the pictures and definitely far from luxury, not worth the money. Again thank you to the staff for trying to keep everyone happy in a very poorly equipped hotel. Location was ok, quite far from main area. We were given a very small (200k) discount but didn’t think this was really sufficient for the nightmare of moving rooms 3 times and poor facilities.
