Not worth the money, not like the pictures, booking errors and faulty aircon meant the stay was a nightmare
Pros:

Staff were friendly, the problems we had with this hotel were nothing to do with the service we received from reception staff

Cons:

We were placed in the wrong room for the first night with no washing bath, the staff advised they will switch us the following day. The second night we were placed in a room with no working air con, we could not sleep at all (it was hell to be in there due to heat and no windows). The final night we stayed we were in the correct room, this was fine. Sadly though, the ‘apartments’ here do not have any facilities so you would unable to make use of the kitchen (no cutlery, cooking equipment, not even a single plate) - not really sure what the point is? The hotel is pretty tired and needs to be refreshed, very very different to the pictures and definitely far from luxury, not worth the money. Again thank you to the staff for trying to keep everyone happy in a very poorly equipped hotel. Location was ok, quite far from main area. We were given a very small (200k) discount but didn’t think this was really sufficient for the nightmare of moving rooms 3 times and poor facilities.

Trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời. Mình được một người bạn giới thiệu tới đây. Vượt qua tất cả những gì mình kỳ vọng, các bạn nhân viên vô cùng tuyệt vời, nhiệt tình và rất chu đáo. Phòng rất sạch sẽ. Highly recommend 💗

Номер за свои деньги неплохой, но нужно учитывать минусы и плюсы
Pros:

Месторасположение супер, доброжелательный персонал, предоставили парковку для машины!

Cons:

Очень плохая шумоизоляция, первую ночь очень тяжело было заснуть так как рядом оживленная дорога, номер за 2 дня не убирали.

Pros:

Die Lage war ist ganz in Ordnung .
Wenn man das Zimmer zur Straße hat ist es doch etwas laut .
Thao Quyen an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat und geholfen beim Bus Ticket bezahlen und organisieren.

Cons:

Frühstück war leider nicht wirklich gegeben da niemand da war . Gab dann Toastbrot aus der Kühle und bisschen Melonensshake .

Good location, the breakfast was decent

Cons:

Very grumpy receptionist, trash in the room when we checked in (and the bathroom floor was still wet), stains on the bedding and no soap in the bathroom to even wash your hands - we only got the "whitening" shower gel" instead. I think bathroom fixtures need maintenance or replacement (there's a big crack on the toilet and the lever to drain the water in the bath was broken)

Pros:

The room was modernly renovated and clean, with a great view of the city. The hotel is only a short walk away from the city center. The breakfast room was wonderful because it was on the top floor, and the breakfast itself was versatile.

Cons:

The hotel staff didn't speak any English. The bath mat in the bathroom was dirty, and the bathroom light was buzzing/crackling.

Worth the price for a central hotel
Pros:

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. You can walk to the night market in just a few minutes, and there are many restaurants nearby. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. Housekeeping was done carefully, making the stay very relaxing. Staff were helpful and allowed us to store luggage before check-in.

A szálloda legnagyobb előnye az elhelyezkedése. Néhány perc sétával elérhető az éjszakai piac, és sok étterem található a közelben.
A szoba tiszta, rendezett és kényelmes volt. A takarítást gondosan végezték, ami nagyon pihentetővé tette a tartózkodást.
A személyzet segítőkész volt, és lehetővé tette, hogy a bejelentkezés előtt ott hagyjuk a csomagjainkat. Megéri az árát egy központi elhelyezkedésű szállodáért.

Overall, a pleasant stay and good value
Pros:

Great location, close to Da Lat Night Market and many cafés. Everything is within walking distance, which is very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with hot water available at all times. Friendly staff and quick check-in.
