Nice cozy apartment, freshly refurbished, good location. Very good value for money. No breakfast at tyhe spot, but plenty places nearby. I loved Bean Runner.
No breakfast. Location was excellent. Downtown with everything to see and experience. Accommodation was comfortable and secure.
The entrance and lift to the apartment was always very busy,. Sometimes a long wait and queues for the solitary lift servicing many businesses etc. But a minor irritation!
The room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient and excellent, it is on a busy walking street Nguyen Hue but everything is close by. I booked this hotel for my friend coming from Oslo-Norway, he just stayed one night in Saigon and going to my city, Vung Tau. The owner, his name is Tuan, he was helping my friend a lot to handle the suitcases to the room in the 6th floor. So my friend was happy with the stay, if I am going to visit Saigon, I will stay in this hotel/apartment.
Fantastic location. So close to everything. Best sleep. Very clean property and quality workmanship and products. Very classy accomodation and decorated beautifully. The host was absolutely lovely. Couldn’t recommend this accomodation highly enough
Only fault for me is toilet paper needs to be near the toilet somehow without getting wet from overspray of the shower
Room in the pop iconic palace 42 in district 1. The position is perfect to see all the main places in district 1. The room was really nice and perfectly clean (not common in Ho Chi Minh City I had to say). Staff very kind and helpful with any request. Strongly suggested.
This was a good find in the centre of the city and offers good value for a single or couple. The room itself is not big but the price reflects that and the location is great.
There is a view from the balcony to the sky tower and you can see a bit of the street which lights up at night.
Security is good and given the location it is actually very quiet in the room.
Because it is in a building with a lot of cafes and being on the 6th floor the small lift is often full. Not a big problem as you can walk up or down the stairs and look at the food and drink shops on offer.
The tv is good however no Apple or Netflix channels but plenty of options for movies etc in Vietnamese.

This place was super cute and had a great vibe. The bathroom is huge and the bed was the most comfortable we've had in our 2 weeks in Vietnam.
We loved our stay! The room is small but has everything you need. It is in a unique spot situated in the apartment cafe block. Would stay here again
Very good standard, brand new furnitures. Easy self check-in. Location is great, directly in the city center, plus the building is really cool with so many bars and restaurants, just outside of your door (literally). Comfortable bed too! We'd stay there again.

The only drawback is that it can be loud at night as the balcony door is not well isolated and walking street in front of the building tends to be very loud with live music on the weekends (until 1am).
Comfortable, clean, nicely furnished (I think it had a woman's touch 👵🏻), bed was large and comfy and we slept really well. The bathroom was also clean and spacious, with everything looking new and in great condition and working properly.
Tuan, the host, was helpful and friendly, with texts and photos of the entrance to the room and an elevator pass. He also suggested things to do in HCM.
The room was safe and secure, as there was a gate in front of the door to the room which can only be accessed by card.
Building is surely a famous one in HCM, so it's cool to stay in it, with its pretty decorations, lights and signs. Location is amazing.
I'd say this is more an Airbnb type room, or maybe even a "studio/small motel room" as opposed to a hotel. This isn't a bad thing in itself, just not what I expected. The building the room is in is very busy, with lots of people visiting the cafes and other businesses in the building. Again, this isn't a bad thing, just unexpected.
The location is fabulous - we stayed here on a Thursday night and things quieted down between 11pm-7am. If you want peace and quiet outside of these hours, maybe here isn't for you.
Also, you will hear all noises coming from the bathroom if you're sharing with another person. There is a gap between the ceiling and top part of the bathroom screen. Make sure you know them very well!
