NOT RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL!!!

Nothing at all!!

Cons:

It is quite disturbing and stressful booking in this place when you want to enjoy your vacation!! The lady from reception is not helpful at all. Instead of assisting and entertaining us, she is more focused on her langga!! When we are asking something and she keeps on ignoring us and instead talks to her langga in the phone, " hello langga nag uli na ka." Not helpful at all. She was saying that maybe we got scam because what we booked here in booking.com doesn't show in their record where it was confirmed and fully paid at may ibang tao n naka booked sa unit. They were saying that they had already closed their account here in Booking.com a long time ago. But still, the contact number posted is the number of her boss. At first, I was talking to him from the receptionist mobile, and the number posted here in bokking.com doesn't answer from the morning that we are contacting him and our check-in is at 2pm, but it's a gods way naren na after long waiting and tried to call the numbers, luckily he answer, and the same person that I was talking in receptionist phone, so pano nyo I explain un kung na scam kami, well actually Mr. Darwin is a bit accommodating, or he just knows how to talk, but it doesn't work on us!! Pero nag hintay parin kami ng matagal hangang sa tumawag n kami ng police to report the incident, then right a way they refunded!!

Pros:

I didn’t stay at the hotel coz before arriving in the Philippines they want me to pay extra.They told me if I don’t pay my booking will be cancelled.I told the agent that I will not pay the difference.They say that if I don’t pay my reservation will be cancelled.So when I arrived I decided to cancelled it.You will here from my lawyer if my refund will not be returned.
