Room was fairly small but comfortable. Space for clothing storage was very limited for a couple. Toilet and shower, again, was tight in terms of of space.

Pros:

The experience at this hotel was phenomenal. The rooms are beautifully and luxuriously decorated, with a very comfy bed and chairs, a convenient fridge and boiler, and clean facilities. Good WiFi. Kind personnel. The breakfast was a highlight. The personnel were really kind and explained every dish to me. I had plenty of Plant-Based options to mix and match: all kinds of vegetables, legumes, fresh bell pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, tahini, limes, parsley, fresh-baked bread and simit. It was kind of a buffet-style Turkish breakfast experience.

Ornate old bank but not new facilities

Ornate building of an old bank. We were upgraded to the executive suite and it was a lovely room.

Great location and interesting looking building to be in, but if you’re placed in the wrong room, then your experience is significantly diminished.

Cons:

This was our second stay and weren’t upgraded this time. It was a huge difference. Ordinary rooms are dated and showed on rusted sanitary ware. WC bowl was falling off and shower door was stiff from scale and rust. Room had strong toilet odour and we had to open the windows to air the room. It was also noisy as it faced a car park.

Highly recommend
Pros:

The room was so spacious and clean. We loved the full jacuzzi tub and balcony. Stayed on the 4th flour, so I can't speak for the smaller rooms, but we loved our experience.
The young man that helped us with our bags upon our arrival was so sweet.
The transfer service to and from the airport was seamless easy to request. It definitely assisted with an otherwise stressful part of travel.
Due to unforeseen weather, we missed our initial check in. The staff was super kind, and held our room without issue.
Unforgettable engagement trip.

Cons:

I thought we were getting a room with a sea view. We did get a partial sea view, but were on wrong side of the building for what we actually booked. I got a glimpse of the other rooms view during maid service, and the rooms across the hall had an incredible view.

I would recommend this hotel. Clean, spacious, comfortable and central.
Pros:

Clean and quiet hotel. The location was really good and central. The breakfast had lots of different options and was good. The people were friendly.

Cons:

Just for people with young children, there’s stairs to enter the hotel so if you have a pram that can be a bit tricky but I knew this when booking so it wasn’t a problem for us. The people at the reception were always helpful especially Hamza!
