All in all lovely little hotel with the most hospitable staff
Pros:

Loved the location as it was very convenient.

Cons:

The rooms could be slightly bigger and there could be a bit more variety to the breakfast.

la colazione alle 07,30 inizia troppo tardi, il cestino non è all'altezza dei 17 € che viene valorizzata la colazione. Nessuna brioches e nessun dolce nel cestino

Nice enough but pricey. Photos suggest a roof top bar but it’s not true
Pros:

The hotel room was comfortable and clean, nicely decorated with good tea and coffee making facilities and some free drinks and snacks.

Cons:

Sadly our first of two nights was spoilt by an awful drainage smell in the room-possibly from the air conditioning. Tried to change rooms in night as it was difficult to sleep but was told nothing could be done until 10am the following day. We were given another room next day but no apology or acknowledgment of fault. Nothing offered as compensation and it wasn’t a cheap option

Bit expensive but lovely
Pros:

Great location, did not have the breakfast as too wxpensive

Cons:

Disgraceful that tea and coffee in room not topped up automatically and subject to a charge after first day. I had particularly asked pre booking about tea and coffee and was assured they were available; no mention of additional charge.

Very nice but not close to many sights, and extra cost for coffee pods
Pros:

The room was comfortable. It helped to be on the 5th floor, which kept street noise down. We had a good view down Carrer de Quart, and it was nice to be close to the Jardin Botanico. We appreciated the extra service to bring a blanket so my husband could do his back exercises.

Cons:

The bathroom was large but the bedroom was small. There was an intermittent odor of sewer gas in the room. We had to pay extra to get the coffee pods replenished after the first day. This was a very expensive room to not include replenishment of supplies such as coffee and sugar.

Pros:

Perfect location, close to the centre, to metro station and bus stop and slightly off the crowded/touristy centre (reachable in 5 minutes walk). I was a bit afraid of the noise of the busy avenue, but windows are perfect and aircon also.
Great breakfast, with eggs prepared on demand and even cakes.
Very nice and helpful staff at reception, breakfast, bar. Special mention to Feryel and Juan Carlos (who both also speak French).

Pros:

Lovely Modern Hotel in a great location on the edge of the historic centre you can walk everywhere and the metro is close by it’s only twenty mins in a cab from the airport which we used on our return journey but the tube is also excellent.There is a roof bar which is pleasent and a coffee machine and kettle in all rooms which are very modern and comfortable

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage ins Zentrum war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Es hat häufig nach Kanalisation gerochen, an manchen Tagen mehr und an anderen weniger. Einen Tag gab es kein Wasser wegen einem Schaden. So konnte man die Toilette und die Duschen nicht nutzen

Tolles Hotel, leider nicht perfekt!

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel
Zum Zentrum links vom Hotel in 15min zu Fuß!
Bus 92 zum Strand gleich links um die Ecke

Cons:

Leider hatten wir Geruchsbelästigung vom Kanal! Es soll vorher stark geregnet haben und dadurch entstanden sein, am ersten Tag sehr stark! Wir hatten am 3. Tag Zimmer gewechselt, brachte Verbesserung aber gelegentlich immer wieder Kanalgeruch im Zimmer!
