Siamo stati all'hotel L&H Gran Vía di Valencia e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente impeccabile.
Fin dal nostro arrivo, tutto il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile: la cordialità qui è davvero di casa! Un plauso speciale va anche alla pulizia, davvero impeccabile in ogni area della struttura.
La vera gemma del soggiorno è stata la straordinaria cura con cui hanno festeggiato il compleanno della mia amica. Durante la colazione le hanno fatto trovare una bellissima sorpresa, due fette di torta con le candeline e la scritta "Tanti auguri". Un gesto d'attenzione e di dolcezza unico che ci ha davvero commosso! 🎂✨
Un hotel che merita assolutamente 5 stelle per il servizio, la cura dei dettagli e la straordinaria ospitalità. Consigliatissimo a chiunque visiti Valencia, noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Everything. Very pretty and clean. Beautiful roof terrace. Loved the breakfast. Deeply appreciated the staff, especially Feryel. A true angel. Very close to the shopping mall, 30 seconds to Mercadona, close to Metro

La ubicación no está mal. La piscina es mini, mini.

Cons:

El sofá cama espantoso el colchón. Llegaba todo el aire acondicionado y a la cama grande nada. En un lado frío y en otro calor.

Surprisingly GREAT STAY
Pros:

Amazing staff and delicous breakfast.
Best Frint Desk experience with Andreea and Simona.

They have a wonderful Sky Bar and a Pool on the rooftop. We had some Sangria and I want to say that Francesco and Santiago where amazing. We were on a business trip but it was super amazing and I can recommand to everyone who visits Valencia to go and stay as it is a real home away from home experience.

Cons:

Housekeeping needs a bit more consistency in room standard but it was clean.

tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Hotel in zentraler Lage, alles in 5-10 min fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war einfach perfekt, sehr guter Service. Besonders toll die große Dose mit Leckerlis am Tresen am Check-in, da war ich oft mal schnell reingreifen.

Cons:

Man wohnt halt direkt an einer zentralen Strasse, da ist es abends schon etwas lauter.
