Würde ich sofort wieder buchen
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. An der Rezeption stehen Glasbehälter mit Süßigkeiten zum bedienen. Bei der Ankunft gab es einen Prosecco oder Orangensaft. Perfekt zum ankommen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Im Zimmer gab es eine kleine Minibar und diese ersten Getränke waren inklusive - einfach top - es gibt eine schöne Dachterrasse, zum verweilen

Cons:

Das Fenster kann man beim schlafen nicht öffnen. Es ist sehr laut (das Fenster zur Straßenseite) - dafür die Klimaanlage leise

Cons:

Assistenza alla manutenzione
Per tutta la durata del soggiorno ho segnalato che il lavabo del bagno non scaricava l’acqua ma non sono mai intervenuti nonostante lo dicessimo tutti i giorni!!
Per un 4 stelle e per il costo che abbiamo sostenuto mi pare poco corretto !!

Posizione ottima. Bella camera con bagno molto ampio

Cons:

Tutto molto piccolo. Mi è mancato una sala per la colazione. Reception e colazione nello stesso ambiente. Peccato. Per me non é un hotel di quattro stelle.

Pros:

Posizione centralissima. Camera al 6 piano consigliatissima, nessun rumore e vista sulla città. Letto grande e comodissimo.

Cons:

Assenza di set di cortesia ad eccezione delle ciabattine. Mini bar gratuito solo il primo giorno, successivamente per 33ml €3, un pò eccessivo.
