Pros:

The staff were very helpful and very attentive, a particular mention for Feryel in the restaurant who was a delight and made our stay so pleasant. We would definitely stay there again

Really pleasant and enjoyable stay. Valencia has a lot to offer!
Pros:

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very well appointed and clean. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The room we picked had a city view, unfortunately the traffic sounds were a little loud. We slept with the balcony door open for ventilation. If you don’t enjoy walking it’s a bit of walk to central area.

The hotel is okay, but I wouldn’t choose it second time.
Pros:

The location is good, free minibar, sweet treats upon arrival in the room and near reception area.

Cons:

Soundproofing is weak, noise from street might disturb at night. Room is small, no bathrobes, materac is not comfortable.

I ASKED THEM IF ITS PET FRIENDLY THEY SAID YES !!! THEY GIVE ME 2 ROOMS AND AFTER 1 hour THEY SAID THAT PETS ARE NOT ALOWED !!! THEY ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE HOTEL WITH MY WIFE PREGNANT!!!ADM 16 year OLD DAUGHTER !!!IN 23h , ALMOST MIDNIGHT I WAS ON THE STREET WITH MY PREGNANT WIFE,DAUGHTER AND 7kg dog !!!!

Very nice hotel, would stay here again.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, quiet room, nice bath tub, complementary refreshments in mini fridge in room. Water in the lobby. Friendly, helpful staff. Great A/C. Good location near metro and walking distance to city center.

Cons:

Breakfast is expensive for the area. No wash cloths in the bathroom, just hand towels and full size towels. No facial tissues in the room (which is not uncommon in Europe for some reason).
