Cons:

Camera 203 - etajul 2, cu un balcon care da direct in intersectie. Geamurile nu reusesc sa izoleze zgomotul permanent de la 6 benzi de.masini.
Pernele inconfortabile.
Dusul are o cada prost facuta si prost instalata, care face ca toata apa cu care te-ai spalat sa se scurga in baie si in camera. Asa ca urmeaza sa iti petrci prima seara intr-o camera de hotel de 180 euro/noapte spaland pe jos si strangand apa care ti-a inundat baia si holul.
Minibarul e gratuit prima incarcare : 2 beri, 1 cola si 1 fanta. Urmatoarele zile.nu se mai obosesc sa puna ceva in.minibar, daca iti este sete noaptea nu poti, nici daca ai vrea sa platesti, sa iti iei o apa.
Am anuntat la receptie ca nu se poate face dus fara inundatie si ca in plus noaptea se aude un click constant dinspre zona baii sau a holului si le-am zis ca ies la ora 10 din camera si revin inainte de 12 pentru a face checkoutul.Au promis ca trimit pe cineva sa rezolve problema cat sunt plecata . M-am intors la 11:45, doar ca sa gasesc un tip asezat confortabil pe un scaun un camera, distrandu-se pe telefon, razand si ascultand muzica . In dreptul usii, in interior, ca sa blocheze intrarea , era si un carucior. Erau perne aruncate pe jos, de pe scaun.
Am cerut la receptie sa vorbesc cu managera care era prezenta in birou, statea si dansa pe telefon , am fost informata ca nu este disponibila pentru mine .
Este nivelul maxim de incompententa si lipsa de respect intalnita in orice hotel din.lume .

Great place to stay for a weekend break. Close to airport and main attractions.
Pros:

Stunning hotel. Very welcoming staff who made sure we had everything we needed.
We loved the complimentary sweets, water and chocolates at the front desk, this was a very nice gesture.
The location was perfect, only a 10/15minute walk to the Cathedral/ old town as well as being easily accessible to the beach.

Cons:

Room was smaller than average with very little wardrobe space.
TV wasn't smart so couldn't use any apps or share screen (quite unusual for this level hotel)
Rooftop was beautiful however could be improved with heaters due to the colder weather outside of summer months.

A stylish, comfortable and well-located place that made my trip to Valencia truly enjoyable.
Pros:

I really loved the elegant and modern design of the room as well as the beautiful natural light coming through the large window. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole space felt very stylish, clean and relaxing. The location was excellent - very central, yet calm enough to rest after a busy day exploring the city. The overall atmosphere made my stay feel comfortable and almost luxurious.

Cons:

There were only very minor details. The duvet felt slightly unusual, as the cover was not fully fixed and moved a bit during the night. It wasn’t a major issue, just a small comfort detail. Also, the hairdryer was quite noisy. Apart from that, everything was truly excellent.

La chica de recepción por la mañana. Falta limpieza en las habitaciones, faltan muchas cosas que deberían de estar como algo tan básico como cepillo de dientes que tuvimos que pedir

Carino L arredamento e anche lo staff anche se nn sempre all altezza di un 4 stelle

Cons:

Il servizio è da tre stelle . Nn un kit di cortesia in bagno , che si trova spesso anche nei tre stelle . La colazione presentava delle torte messe lì giorno dopo giorno almeno la prima fetta della mattina andrebbe tagliata e presentata un po meglio
