Great place and location, outstanding service!

Dor our trip tp pris the hotel locatin was very good just round the corner form Grand Boulveard Metro station also central enough to walk to the river and many of the man attractions.

Very pleased with everything about our stay. Very friendly hotel staff and nice, clean rooms. In a great location close to many restaurants and the Metro.

I would like to say that my staybat the hotel was exceptional!! Especially Arsene and Dino were a wonderful part of our stay because they made us feel at home! I will definitely return and highly recommend this property!! Absolutely wonderful!

Private personal spa

Really disappointing and certainly not a 5 star hotel. Staff weren’t very friendly and did not tell us that the sauna was out of service. Simple basics you’d expect from a hotel weren’t present such as fridge in the room, full length mirror. There was dust and cobwebs in the room and the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable - there was a ditch in the middle of the bed where two singles were joined together. The jacuzzi spa was lovely, but does have to be booked in advance. Expected more from a hotel of this price point and have stayed at much nicer hotels in Paris for less.

The rooms are cozy while being a good size for Paris and the beds very comfortable. I also loved my little balcony. The staff was very helpful and polite. They offer a breakfast buffet but no in-room dining. They did accomodate me by bringing breakfast to my room on request but I got the feeling this was not a typical thing for them. The hotel is well located within walking distance of many dining options, shopping and Line 9 metro. Will definitely stay again.

The front desk staff, Mr.Illiu was very kind and helpful. Also the property is well appointed, very nice ans safe. The Spa was also very wonderful.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Near two metro stations for anyone looking to explore other parts of Paris. Bilingual staff. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to any one going to Paris.

Very nice hotel , great amenities.
We enjoyed the private spa and the cozy room with balcony. BUT we couldn’t sleep because people were shouting in the street in and off from 2 am.
The mattress was also a little on the soft side.
I would recommend but not on weekends if you re a light sleeper.

The hotel is in a great location and is strategically near two metro stations. The staff is very courteous and helpful at every turn. It is also walking distance to a lot of tourist sites like the Louvre and the Opera house.

This is a nice hotel with a lot of wonderful services because of its spa. Clean and close to a metro stop. There are also a number of restaurants in the area.
