Pros:

Big clean rooms. Spacious hotel. Great staff. Nock on reception organised all our trips at great prices and was very helpful. Even when we said were going somewhere with Grab he was able to offer better alternative at a better price. Great service. Housekeeping excellent always clean rooms and shower gel etc available. Breakfast manager was great, wish I took his name but he saw the eggs we had cooked by the chef (always on his phone) were not good. He removed the chef next day and every day cooked our eggs or had someone to do them properly. Really cared about customer service. Buffet breakfasts are never great but they were and he was dedicated. So great hotel with great staff

V Hotel Danang - a traveller's paradise !
Pros:

The room, the sea view, the quality and spread of complimentary breakfast and housekeeping/ cleanliness were par excellence.

Cons:

Two free water bottles(350 ml) provided each day, were quite inadequate. These could be replaced with two 500 ml or even 1000 ml bottles.

Cons:

The windows looked like they were never clean. On asking the staff mentioned it is because of the rain but you see old comments mentioned about the uncleaned windows as well.

The swimming pool was on the top floor , really cool even in summer

Pros:

Das beste an diesem Hotel sind die grosse Sauna, das Dampfbad und der lange Pool. Ebenso das sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Einige Mitarbeiter (nicht alle) der Rezeption brauchen eine Nachschulung, was den Umgang mit den Gästen betrifft.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr gut. Nach einem Unfall von meiner Freundin wurde sich rührend um Sie gesorgt und täglich nach ihr geschaut. Das Buffet jeden Morgen war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr gut .Die Zimmerreinigung und der Wäscheservice waren klasse. Wir waren in den 4 Wochen die wir dort waren sehr zufrieden. LG Angelika und Christine

Cons:

Die Hausbar war nicht gut ausgestattet. Ebenfalls zu bemängeln ist die gesamte Kommunikation zwischen dem Personal da ein sehr schlechtes oder kein Englisch gesprochen wurde. Irgendwie hat man es trotzdem geschafft klar zu kommen.

Great price for one night stay,
Pros:

Breakfast selection was plentiful, fresh and tasty.

Swimming pool was nice with cool water that wasn't too chlorinated, friendly staff members.

Cons:

Noisy air conditioning in bathroom.

Camera inside the changing room in the swimming pool area, although signed on the door as you enter.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The atmosphere throughout the stay was wonderful, and the staff were absolutely brilliant — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, who consistently checked in with us, communicated thoughtfully, and made us feel especially valued. We had informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating our anniversary, and we were delighted to find our room beautifully decorated upon arrival. It was a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel even more special.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Everything — from the service and atmosphere to the thoughtful details — exceeded our expectations and made for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
